Takes a while to work but seems to work after a couple of months usage. Keep going with them.

In capsule form so easy to swallow

I've been taking these for about a year, two every night before bed. They can be a little difficult to swallow as they're quite a decent size, but drink enough fluids with them and it won't be a problem. A word of caution though, and it's not a fault in the product, just a user warning: maybe give them a miss if you're going to bed with a full stomach. Once, I had a bit of reflux, and the gelcap ruptured, firing magnesium citrate up into my throat. It was not a pleasant experience! This is a potential risk with any gelcap containing a powder, so I want to emphasise it's not a negative on the review: I want to save anyone else the unpleasantness.

I did a lot of research before buying. Working out ratio's (mgπ) etc. I'm now on my second bottle. It was recommended I take a supplement by my Rhematologist as I have Osteoporosis. It is good for bones and as I was also getting really bad cramps in my legs she seemed to think I should take a high dose. It's amazing is all I can say after about five days cramps disappeared. And touch wood my knee pain has gone and the chances are my knee replacement is along way off.I take a large two capsules (they are large) before bed. I would say do check with a medical advisor before taking. As any supplement can be dangerous or give side effects and interact with prescription drugs.Ps for leg cramps try eating more bananas and potassium rich food first.

It helps with muscle functioning, I use it for cramps and stiffness that I get on my thighs and legs sometimes on my upper body but I found this supplement with extra strength helping me as I don't get much cramps & stiffness as I usually do.Large bottle to last for 3 months & only take 1 capsule (not tablet) at night great stuff👍🏼Only the price is a little high but I recomend this product to people who suffer from muscle cramps & stiffness.
