ThermaCare Portable Heating Pad, Joint and Muscle Pain Relief Patches, Multi-Purpose Heat Wraps (4 Patches)

I had purchased both the Icy Hot Patch and ThermaCare for lower back and shoulder areas. I thought the Icy Hot Patch would be the best. However, it proved to be worthless and I hesitated to even try the ThermaCare as I thought it was inferior to the Icy Hot Patch. Fortunately, I did try ThermaCare and I am very impressed with the results it produced. It was very effective in controlling the discomfort. Still, I was skeptical that it would not hold heat for the 8 hours advertised, but it lasted close to 10 hours. You can purchase it in an array of sizes, but they can also be used interchangeably. For example, I used the neck for my shoulder and it could have sufficed for my lower back as well or knee if needed. The Icy Hot Patch was a waste of money, but the ThermaCare patch was excellent.

The wrap is flexible, strong adhesive tabs. Long lasting warming relief.

My girlfriend uses the Termacare and she truly like them. The reason being that she is not tied down by a heating pad,which is good. However this works excellent!!

Much better than other brands especially for back and sciatica nerve pain that runs down my left leg pass my knee into calf. Relief is quick and used only 4 pads over 2 days and nights. I just received new order of 8 because l still can't stand up straight due to stiff lower back, but the pain is GONE. I had sciatica nerve pain since January 1, 2020 w/o relief using Salonpas which does NOT work at all.

I got these hoping they would stick to where I needed them to but they didn't stay where I wanted to use and fell off.I would say that if you want to use them use for maybe neck or shoulder.

This versatile product is wonderful anytime during your day. Especially when you can't be on a heating pad. Work's up to 8-12 hrs for me and you can place it anywhere you need it. I place some tape in the middle to assure Good contact with my skin when moving around at whatever I'm doing. You can find coupons for them as well ! 😍💓👍

These barely get warm. Not at all worth it.
