I’ve had this filter for quite some time now! Over 6 months, it’s still working great, like it has since day 1. It’s easy set up, keeps up with my tank, and my turtle loves to go underneath the “rainfall”! Definitely recommend.

The suction caps didn’t stay in the device

The media could not be loaded.  I love this filter, I chose this one over a regular side of the tank filter because I love the shower feature. My girl loves playing under it! Clean up is easy, takes less than 10 mins to wipe off the outside and I rinse the sponge with soap and hot water. Had this since April and haven’t had any issues, I also love that you can connect a tube to easily get the water out. Will upgrade to the three tier filter like this one soon, as I am now adding more water to the tank. I also like the water sound around the house, sometimes if I need a quiet moment I’ll close the top of the filter but otherwise doesn’t bother me.

1) First set came and return as I use it for 20s and it sort of "died"2) Replacement set came fast, and realized same issue as above. However, this time, it auto restart after x minutes. Check the manual but no information about the start-stop duration and sequence3) the tank is more dirty than using other low water level filter - murky !4) Noisy

Used it in a crested gecko terrarium. I like that I can make it a waterfall but I don't see it filtering that way. Will be adding carbon to it as it didn't come with any.

Works great, their is no water falls that water is suppose to go threw the filter on top

As a filter, it drops barely 20% of the water it take up into the filter media. It was overflowing back out of the filter sponge in less than 8 hours. With a few busy days before we had time to get it out and clean, we found the turtle had rearranged it (which is what killed the whisper filter this replaced). But she set it where she can stand in the super strong current and just bask. So it stays, but get only if you want strong current flushing through the tank.

Got this for our turtles and it stuck to glass very well the rocks did not get sucked up and the water that comes out is like a shower and the turtles love to play in it. Cleaning the filter is easy since it’s a sponge LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS
