But I'm doubtful no longer. In all candor, I can't prove that these four little bottles of scents did a single thing to help recover a significant loss in my sense of smell following a bout of Covid a year ago, but I wanted to believe and I'm clearly improved from my starting point. I'm willing to give this training kit the benefit of the doubt. Besides, they're fun to use.

My husband lost some of his smell (and taste) way before Covid. It's really depressing when you can't taste food very well - he could only get sweet, sour, spicy, etc. but not the fine taste. We've tried everything to help him, including going off medications, etc. I called research hospital in Denver and they said the only thing that has been proven to help is smell training. We had dismissed doing this before but the web site abscent.org gives you very detailed instructions on what to do and how you must be dedicated to do it for at least 3 months. My husband decided to really commit to it and it is actually improving his smell so he is going to continue the process. This is NOT medical advice, just personal experience we are sharing.

I've been using this kit for two weeks after I lost my sense of smell from COVID-19. My sense of smell is improving, though I can't tell if it's from this therapy, natural recovery from the disease, or a combination of both. In any case, I will keep it up, as I'm confident it can't cause damage.The kit is high quality, with sturdy jars and dropper bottles. The oils are natural and strongly scented. I took one star away because the instructions in the box and on the back are contradictory. The back of the box says to rotate through all four oils in a single training session, while the instructions in the box say nothing about rotating, implying you use a single scent during a session. I'm choosing to rotate, as that seems like it would be more stimulating.

The kit comes nicely packaged, with four sealed vials of essential oil and four larger containers each with a small sponge inside on the bottom. All items are well labeled. You put a few drops of oil into each container and use those for training your sense of smell. The included instructions are clear.

The Eucalyptus bottle came without the drop counter, making it impossible to drop accurately into the disc. Now every time it’s opened it spills a lot, including on the hands. Absurd that you cannot return or change even if it comes defective. Don’t recommend the purchase.

Missing the Rose oil.

Such a gorgeous and well thought out kit! Was truly surprised at beautifully designed and complete this kit is for the money. Purchasing each of these Aroma therapies separately would cost quite a bit more. I was assigned smell therapy by my doctor; and was starting to look at purchasing each of the components to pull the kit together and came across this truly beautiful kit. It makes the therapy fun and effective. Altogether pleased with this purchase!

Having lost my sense of smell, my doctor recommended a kit like this to try to reactivate it. I was excited to get this product and it delivered a day early. Much to my dismay, the kit was to contain rose oil, eucalyptus oil, lemon oil and clove oil, but my kit had two rose oils, lemon oil, eucalyptus oil and no clove oil. Very disappointed. Amazon Customer Service was extremely helpful as this was a no return item. I am happy with Amazon but disappointed with the product.
