Calypso Basics by Reston Lloyd Marble 12 Piece Enamel on Steel Bowl Set, Turquoise

I wasn't expecting a lot when I ordered these bowls because they were so cheap in price. I needed more bowls with lids and so I thought I would give them a try. $11.25 for 6 bowls seemed like a good risk. The biggest is a good size to take potato salad to a picnic and the next size isn't much smaller. the lids fit snug and aren't hard to get on and off. The box says made in Thailand. The green is a pretty shade. they are not dishwasher safe. is says discoloration that may occur after repeated use may be removed by using lemon juice. It says not to use abrasives to clean with. Use a sponge or dishcloth. I am pleasantly surprised and I think I will order another set to give as a gift.

These are very nice bowls. The lids fit well, and there are many sizes so they fit all your mixing, or storage needs. They are easy to clean, and look very nice.

The bowls work well and enhance the décor of my kitchen. The lids seal and there is a size for every task.

I bought this set for myself and one my daughter in law only problem with them is you have to hand wash them and the lids as well. I had to buy extra lids because they did not hold up in the dishwasher. But they are beautiful and make great serving and storing bowls.

I had a set of ceramic nesting bowls that were over 20 years old that worked great! Twenty years later and I lost some lids, the motif became outdated, the largest bowl which was most used starting chipping on the bottom. Anywho, I was so looking forward to using this new set. Unfortunately, the quality is not as good. I have had them a few years now. The plastic lids are cracking. There is rust along the top edge of one or two of the bowls. I dropped a bowl on the ground and a large chunk of the enamel came off. Oh, and the sizing was smaller. The large bowl was equivalent to the size of the second largest bowl in my old set and so on and so forth, ending with a tiny bowl. I would not recommend purchasing this set.

These are perfect I much prefer having glass or metal rather than plastic to keep my leftovers. The large bowl lid cracked and then tore halfway across so that’s not good but other than that I’m very, very happy with these and I’m planning on buying another set in a different color

Very nice set of bowls. Has a variety of sizes. Lids appear to fit snug. Color is true to picture. Very pleased
