It’s good for purpose but bit wobbly

I bought this stand to use as a quilt stand. It is very useful as it can be used at different heights and widths. I only used two of the four top bars for the quilt I wanted to display, but it is useful that I can raise or lower the top bar to access the quilt and then display it at full height.

Used it to hang a backdrop and balloons for a bridal shower party. Was very easy to assemble, can adjust the height very easily. Easy to disassemble and put away into the carrier which doesn't take up much space. Fairly sturdy. Great product!

I opened this long after the delivery however its missing parts not sure who to contact now anyone please let me know how to contact the manufacturer

Its really easy to set up but not sturdy falls over we have had to put a sack of pebbles up to hold it

Although I purchased this 2 years ago, I was only able to use it once as the screws were poor quality and wasn’t able to fasten properly in order to keep it at the desired length. Perhaps I had a faulty one.

Easy to put together and good quality

Have had these frames before and they have always lasted years. This one was delivered 5th February and is already destined for the dump. The screws to adjust and tighten it are cheap and not fit for purpose- one by one, they have gradually worn so you can no longer tighten the frame into the desired position/height. The screws just turn but no thread to grip through. The two tripod tightening mechanisms gave up first and now two of the ones to adjust the height have gone too. They just spin- so it won’t stay up and just collapses back down. I only use it a few times a week and you can feel the quality is poor compared to the previous frame I had. The carry bag is also thin, cheap and not long enough for the poles and has no flap to secure/cover the end- so unless you carry it perfectly horizontally- there is a risk all the poles just fall out of the bag. Not worth the money and so disappointed. Would really like my money back- as I’m pretty confident a replacement would have the same issues!
