At 20 k this is a killer deal which has eliminated all the competition even from American Brands like Devilbiss - Nidek or Phillips : it can’t get any better a fully functional and good quality product at throw away price - I have been doing lot of research and can confidently say that one must not miss this opportunity of aquiring this model from a well known chinese firm with parts originating from Germany at a fraction of regular price -1/4th of standard Price for most other brands - this will cover you for any misfortune befalling your way at least at a price which is incapable of hurting a buyer - i think 90% of consumers wont need sny further reinforcements but in case the need arises in future go for another 5 litre from same or any expensive brand if you like - clubbing these two unints will make a 10 litre supply source with the attaractive option of running them on independent power source of just 400 watts than a standard 10 litre unit on about 1 kva many homes usually dont have high capacity inverters or ups systems and thus making it 5+5 litre is an intelligent and economically sound idea

I got the product delivered in four days. The setup and usage took just 5 mins. Its so simple that I was able to get my father acquainted in a few mins. The most useful part about this product is that it give +90% oxygen concentration at a flow rate of 5L. Most other products currently available in the market drop the concentration to 30% when the flow rate is increased so its not really useful as the regular air we breathe has an oxygen concentration of 21%. I found the price reasonable especially as other products with poorer concentration are selling at similar prices

*****BEWARE *********BEWARE *********BEWARE ****DON'T BUY THIS CHEAP MACHINE.I have bought this Oxygen Concentrator machine last October-2025 and it worked for 3 months.I thought I have 1 year warranty so I don't have to worry about it. It started breaking down in January-2026. I contacted the seller thinking that he would either fix or replace it for free. I went into shock when the seller told me that I have either send it to him from Madurai to New Delhi to fix it by paying out of pocket or he would recommend someone locally and I have to pay for the charges to local Engineer. In the meantime I have been paying rent for a temporary Oxygen concentrate as my Dad needs the support. It has been almost 1 month I am having back and forth conversation with the seller but no progress. Now the seller is not even answering my phone calls and just washed his hands by giving a contact number who I should coordinate to get it fixed. This is a good lesson learnt. I have to now extend my Oxygen rental or buy a new one by spending another 50K minimum. I have contacted a local service dealer for this and they wanted me to send this device to Hyderabad and the estimated cost was 14K for this which I have to pay out of my pocket. So DONT EVEN THINK OF BUYING THIS BRAND.Can @amazon.in help here????

When it works, it works. But once the product stops working, there is absolutely no customer care or service center availability. This is a totally imported item which is distributed all over India. But without any service center support, no point buying this.

Best buy for 11799.00 This is a very good build quality and firm structure durable parts and very silent working. All my philips ever flow which were bought 5times to this price have stopped working after 3 years or I had to spend 50% cost to repair and run behind the service centre. But philips is more reliable as it is the pioneer in these machines. But for 11799 it was a good buy for me. One thing which I have learnt with these machines for the past 6 years is we need to have minimum 2 to 3 machines at home so that we are safe. As this is running continously there are every chance of getting spoiled.

It's been month or two, I have purchase this machine for my mother who is COPD, asthma patient and frequently require oxygen, I have made extensive search in the market and take a risk to purchase this because this is the only machine which was under 15k. Only draw back is it did not have led light in the display otherwise it is good. I have run it on 1L, 2L and 3L it works as like hospital oxygen. Tested it many time my mother's oxygen level below 80, I use it and level goes upto 94-98 within 5 min. And brandwise if we think now each machin available in the market is Chinese. There is no service stations for any fault so will recommend that to use it properly. Particularly take a precaution where electric fluctuations are more or else use stablizer, if you are using good stablizer then no need to worry and youwell is the best brand for oxygen concentrator. If you are not using it always cover it because due to dust it may cause malfunction or not work properly, and always clean filters time to time you will not face any issue. I would recommend just go for it.

The Yuwell O.C. machine is good. It very easy to operate. It is needless to mention that Sachdeva Medline is one of the biggest importer and wholesaler in DELHI. Sachdeva Medline suggested to take this product. I hope Sachdeva Medline will give service in future. I will remember their good behave.
