The media could not be loaded. Shopping for my first remote door lock. This product had all the qualities I needed & at a reasonable price. I purchased the lock one year ago and it has been exactly what I wanted/needed. It is perfect for when I am out of town or away from home, I just assign a code to anyone who needs to get in the house and the door can be unlocked, I don't have to pay an additional fee for this. I use the Gateway which works great for locking or unlocking the door when I am away. It was easy for me (this old lady) to install myself and program codes for the people I need to have access while I am not home or I can unlock remotely using Gateway.Support has been wonderful! When I have a question or need help with anything regarding the lock or the app I can call, email or text for assistance. They are always on top of getting back to me right away. It is not at all inconvenient that they are in a different time zone, I am still able to communicate with them for assistance.Recently, I have had an issue with the lock not working, it would not unlock or lock after punching in the code. It made all the sounds like it would when it worked but the knob would not move to unlock or lock or sometimes it would try to unlock or lock but seemed it didn't have the power to complete the task. When I contacted support I spoke with Ella and she asked me to send a video of the what the lock would do so she can submit the video for a replacement.I have submitted everything they need and am awaiting a new replacement. I have full confidence that they will make it right and send me a new lock.Stay tuned..........

We love not having keys to carry around. I have a large family and this has been a life saver. We don't have to worry about anyone losing their keys. The family all have their own codes that they can remember. This puts me at ease because i always know who is entering the house. We can let people in even when we are not in the state. I had a replacement microwave delivered while my husband was out of town. I could remotely let the Lowes delivery guys in. This allowed me to do other things besides waiting on them to get there. I never have to worry if the grandkids have loss their keys. I will admit that we had an issue with the lock. Customer service was great and help us resolve the issue. I would recommend this lock if you are looking for a easy to program lock, the ability to lock people out and change codes. Wehave a smart lock at work. This made me want one for my home. The one at work took me watching two You tube videos to change the code. It is secure , and cost less , but is not user friendly. So this option checks all those boxes.

Updated to say that customer service shipped me a new lock. They are very responsive and helpful. The new lock seems to be working without issue. Assuming there are no issues with the new lock, I do recommend this lock. Being able to give temporary codes is very helpful and I love that if I'm laying in bed and can't remember if I locked the door I can either ask Alexa to do it, or I can look in my phone app.I would have given this 5 stars. It was working great. Love the ease of the app and full integration with Alexa. Love that you can do temporary codes. No issues installing, it replaced a schlage key pad lock.I haven't had any issues until tonight. Got home, entered my code and heard it unlock, but I couldn't open my door! Tried 3 times before I got my manual key out - thankfully I had one on me. Tested it and it's only retracting 3/4 of the way. Today is the first day we've had freezing weather, so not sure if they is affecting it. But WI will get much colder than this. So if it is the weather that's very disappointing.I reset the lock by removing a battery the holding the button and it's still doing it. It fully comes out to lock, but then only retracts 3/4 when using the codes or app. It works just fine manually.Really disappointed and wish I could figure out why it stopped working. Picture shows how it doesn't open all the way.

Easy to install, and worked really great for the first 10 months or so. Autolock feature is convenient for forgetful people, keypad entry is nice if you just want to leave the house and not worry about bringing your keys, and being able to set up codes for long term and temporary access is very handy especially if you need to let a dogsitter in while you're out of town or let family members let themselves in without making a key for them. TTlock app is fine, and it looks like there are a number of compatible apps that work with this lock, so you have choices. Instruction manual is also not super detailed for troubleshoooting, but customer support has been good. Our lock started beeping in sets of five and stopped turning about 10 months in and the manual had no info about it, but I reached out to customer support and they have been helpful and will replace the lock. So I'd say the product is terrific, long term reliability is so-so but the customer support makes up for it.

I like this lock so much, I got a second and am in the process of getting a third. Easy to install by myself, I love the ability to lock, unlock, set pass codes for family members or temporary ones for contractors, check whether the door is locked, all of which can be done even if I'm not at home. When we changed a door and this lock was temporarily unavailable, my whole family complained because they like the convenience of not needing to carry a key for the house. I have a very sophisticated smart security system in the house, but this lock has actually been more useful and added more convenience to our lives than the entire security system. I also like the fact that it has its own phone app, so I can give control access to the door to family members without giving control access to any other smart feature in the house, if I choose. I am also very happy with the seller's customer service; when plans changed and I needed a different color lock for a different door, Nancy in customer service was very helpful in getting me what I needed. Very happy with both the product and the seller.
