I take 2-3 of these at bedtime to help me sleep. The flavor is nice and the feeling of it dissolving in my mouth makes me feel like it works better. That may be in my mind, but I'll take it. :) I just went to the drugstore and got more, but this one is definitely better.

I had previously been using 5 mg melanin from another company which has a good reputation . A couple of years ago, I was out of town on vacation and had not brought any. I initially bought my first bottle at a grocery store. Even though it’s only 3 mg it seems to be much more effective than the other product I had been using. In fact, I often take only a half of a tablet. I know that the supplements are not controlled by the FDA and we are always cautioned that there is no guarantee as to the purity or amount of active ingredient. However, this seems to be the real McCoy.

I take one nightly 15 - 30 minutes before bed I get a good nights sleep.

These are wonderful! I love the low dose so I can tailor my usage to what I feel like I need each night. They have a nice sweet flavor to end my day with. Kinda like dessert without the calories!
