Excellent Iodine from Lugols
This was bought as a replacement from one I got from Clive de Carle which lasted a long time. It is very good, was well packaged and is larger than my previous purchase. Everyone should take Iodine as it is really important to assist the maintenance of good health. Well packaged and arrived quickly. Thank you.

Dilute 1 drop of this product in 60 drops (3ml) of water and take 2 drops of this dilution, once daily, which contains 500 µg iodine (333% NRV). This product is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not for continuous daily use. Do not use if allergic to iodine.
