Works well for medicine reminder
Works great as a pill reminder for my mother who needs to take pills every 3 hours. Has dual alarms and is easy to set and turn off. In low light it is hard to read the upper part of the display where the alarm setting is displayed so I find it bothersome to have to bring the device into a well lit room in order to set the alarms, but other than that, it works very well. It vibrates just enough to be a reminder but not enough to be disturbing.

Great little reminder alarm, not so much as an alarm clock
Kind of clunky and hard to wear while sleeping. The alarm was not loud enough and the vibration was not crazy enough to wake me from my sound sleeping body. Works great for a reminder alarm to take pills and such. Easy to learn to adjust the timers, has multiple timers and easy to read display. Looks pretty big on my small wrist. Grey and white color is appealing. Returned product only because it couldn't wake my comatose butt up!

Too Old School
Way too bulky, not the best for its purpose, the vibration actually still wakes my partner up. I’d recommend buying a “silent” ringtone on your phone for like less than 2$ and putting vibrate on. Works the same for way less money. If you take the batteries out (since sometimes it does not snooze when you click it, and it forces you to set two alarms instead of just one)— you have to reset the time and both alarms every single time. Honestly just way more work than it has to be and terrible for the money.

Wake up!!
When I travel I have to wake up at the right time or I'll miss the tours . Since I have cochlear implants the have to be charged all night I am completely deaf wen they are not on me. Everything else I looked it was not what I wanted they sjook the bed or made (useless to me) noise. this is perfect and small enough to carry in y purse or carry-on in case my suitcase gets lost.

It sounds like ducks quacking.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this with the intent of having a silent, vibrating alarm to not wake up my partner. I just got it and was excited to try it. Well, it's not silent! It sounds like ducks quacking at the park. It also feels a bit restraining on my arm. The vibration is gentle, but it would be enough to wake me up. Unfortunately, the vibration noise will wake up my partner, so this does not work for me.

Easy to set and reset and wakes me up
I’m deaf and I usually wake up on my own but I needed an alarm for a trip. After returning two wireless, rechargeable alarms I bought the battery operated shake awake with wrist holder. It has easy to follow instructions for two alarm times (I only set one). The wrist holder is adjustable for different sizes and the alarm woke me up. It uses one AAA battery. There were two reasons I returned the others. I couldn’t get the device to set just one alarm time and I couldn’t reset that time. I had to keep resetting the device and starting over. Just bad. It was an under pillow device. My Second choice involved putting the alarm under the pillow, which moves in the night and just doesn’t give the jolt I need. I slept right through the alarm I got from the second choice alarm.

Annoying really
Amazon suggests: "You could mention brightness, easy to read or volume control." Well, this product has no backlight, so it's not bright and impossible to read in the dark. On top of that, the volume settings are "vibrate" or "sound", so volume control is basically non-existent. But those arent my main problem. My problem is that there's no easy way to turn the thing off on weekends. In fact, I write this at 6AM on Christmas/Saturday morning because I didn't put it on and it shook on my nightstand and made a horrendous noise that woke my girlfriend and I. I had to wait for my next alarm so I could hit the silence button. That's not my only problem, I also really dislike the armband. I have thick arms and when fully open it squeezes my bicep and makes my arm numb, and i cant figure out to make it comfortable on my forearm. On top of that, the velcro pokes my arm and chest when I sleep and it's pretty uncomfortable. so whatever velcro-fold-adjustment mechanism there is basically sucks and they should have went with a different kind of arm-band.That being said, it does the one thing it's made to do, which is wake me up when it's attached to my arm. It even sometimes doesn't bother my partner. But it's a pain. Can't recommend.

Works well, but with an almost fatal flaw
I wake up a good bit earlier than my wife and have put myself in the dog house a few times for waking up ahead of my alarm, but forgetting to turn it off. So, I decided to give this a try and avoid having an audible alarm altogether. When it works, it is effective. The vibration wakes me up, though not with quite the "get out of bed now!" kick that my audible alarm clock would do. Still, it's enough to get me to respond and get moving.Comfort is honestly a bit awkward, but I've gotten used to it.There has, however, been one thing that very nearly made me give up on it. There have been several occasions when it apparently hasn't gone off and I've slept in late. I think I've finally figured out why.For reasons I cannot fathom, there is a switch on the bottom to choose between the vibrating shaker (you know, the reason this product is of interest at all) and an audible alarm. The audible alarm is so quite that it never wakes me up.So, just keep the switch on vibrate, right? Well, I've figured out that, over the course of tossing and turning through the night, the switch can get flipped. This very morning as I'm writing the review, I've determined that's what happened. I woke up ahead of the alarm and I kept it on my wrist. When it hit the alarm time, I could barely hear the beeping and I realized that the switch had changed. I know it was set to vibrate last night.I've switched it back to vibrate and covered the whole section with a piece of electrical tape to hopefully make it resistant to switching. I had honestly gotten to the point where it was affecting my sleep as I was coming to find myself unable to count on it due to the number of what I thought were failed alarms. Now, hopefully I'll sleep better and this will consistently give me the wake up I need.
