I used these for cake and it worked sooo well! I still cut out parchment circles to help from sticking but I love these. And they clean very well. Make sure when reassembling you have the bases flipped correctly to help be leakproof!

High quality matieral. easily washed due to it being a non-stick surface. Good buy for the proce, but the small pan was not needed. I've never used it anyway.

I used this to bake cheesecake twice and it is easy to use. The sides are easy to remove and I think they are nonstick for the most part, but I used an offset spatula to detach my cheesecake from the sides and scratched the pan pretty badly (don’t be like me and use metal against nonstick lol). It conducts heat pretty well—given the time I used to bake my cheesecake is the same as the time used in the recipe. It does leak a little while baking if you are working with butter or oil, but no batter has leaked out for me. It is a good size for 8-10 slices of cake.
