The removable zester makes it easier to get all of the bits out of it and the other sides when washing up (my being able to reach all the places easily after removing one side of the grater) which can be hard to clean off in other graters. Is a very sharp grater which makes it easy to use, I did cut myself on it once which I would not even think is possible to do on most sides of other graters so probably best to caution people of this. The flatter design also makes it easier to clean (especially with the usual design of the smallest size being less spikey) and the container is also very useful to contain what I am grating and store anything I don't end up using. It is also very study and I think will last a very long time.

Me encanta todo lo que es OXO, en especial este fabuloso rallador que le puedes separar una parte para el queso que usas sobre la pasta recién servida. El depósito al principio te resbala en la mesa cuando estás usando el rallador, si no tienes cuidado se puede salir y el desastre, pero cuando le agarras la técnica de uso es fenomenal. Me ha gustado un montón.
