This is by far the best black Garlic you can buy folks it's not from China where they bleach it be careful find out where it's from before you buy I always say! this is from Canada I've been to Canada a few times they have good standards and practices when it comes to organic products buy it folks you won't regret it no mold there's a packet in it to prevent mold have a blessed day

Is there a correct way to use "gummy bears" in a recipe?
These seem to be an OK product, but don't know the best way to use them. They have the consistency of gummy bears (soft, gooey, hold their shape), but the flavor, to some extent, of garlic cloves. We've tried to dice them or mince them (since they don't "melt down") and they don't do well as an addition to a recipe. I suppose the best thing to do is chew them & eat them. Hope I am able to use them up.

Love that this is packed in cloves, not by bulb. Easy to peel. Great taste, but costs 40% more.
