I am not sure what the other reviewer speaks of but this book is a WEALTH of knowledge - I just got the book and I have not put it down yet! I cannot wait to incorporate these practices in my business. The book is well written and an easy read! Most folks say "post on social media" but will advise or guide in what to post - this book breaks it down! Love it!!!!

I get informational emails from Tracey countlessly. She is a real insider of this business. I just love her bread crumbs that she leaves on the trail to entreprenuership. Coming from a man's insight, hair business is very tricky to us. I am here to research, learn & understand it. Therefore, having her book will give me more knowledge to think and grow. Very little info on the actual hair business. Just general business tips, leading to recommendations to her website and training services.

When I got this book, it was a free copy. I didn't expect to get it nor did I ask for it. Upon making an attempt to read it, it looks like a lot of the information has been stolen from Marquetta Breslin's Million Dollar Stylist Seminar which is by far the best seminar you will ever want to attend. If you don't know who she is, she is one of the top beauty experts in the beauty industry. As the industry changes so do the techniques and tricks of the trade so she is always teaching something new to help your beauty biz. This book didn't really talk much about the hair business. Most of the tips given were very generic. Odaiche Tracey Onyike seemed to want to only promote her business and send you to her website to buy her products. There are lots of typos in the book and the sentences are very spaced out in the book as though to make the book look like it will read longer than what it is. It's a waste of paper if you ask me. I've seen better books than this. My advice to this young lady is to simply do your research and give real advice. Don't steal information from others. Be unique and your blessings will come. I think her best review is from someone who knows her which is why it seemed so personal and addressed her other negative reviews. Reviews tell all and this book is whack and reaks of copyright infringement. Watch this lady. She is pretty tricky.

For something bilked as a "blueprint" it certainly did not offer anything more than common sense business advice. Hugely disappointed.

This is a great book! Odaiche Tracy onyike was very informative with giving you step by step on how to start your own hair business and giving you alot of her own experience in the business as well. I would recommend this book to all that want to successfully succeed in the hair business.
