Yes, the battery is very suitable, and battery life has been greatly improved! I was really scared to do a battery replacement for my S7 Galaxy Edge phone. When I received the kit, it had everything I needed and made it simple to repair my phone. Even the screwdriver was magnetized to hold those tiny screws in place to disassemble and reassemble the parts in the phone. I had this phone repaired in 15 minutes. What a difference with this battery as I have had it on for over 24 hours and still at 80% which besides all the calls I receive, I also use the RING security cams on my phone to check the front and back yard and other Apps. I highly recommend this product to anyone.
