I can't say enough about these! Great energy, I have found this does more than some medications to get me out of fight or flight mode. They really taste good, as good as a highly reputable brand of thc or CBD gummies! I can't believe I never knew about this vitamin, to me it's a "game changer" as they sayI think that's the first time, yeah that was the first time I ever said that about anything! I just realized they carry Sea Moss & Aswahganda, which both I wanted to start. I'm excited to try those when I order more of these. Ohh yeah, I've reordered like 4-5x.

I'm in an ADHD group where one of the women advised us to add this to our daily meds. I chose 1000 mg. I could feel the difference the second day. Others have said they didn't notice a difference or the benefits weren't significant enough to continue taking them... After we discussed it, they were all taking lower doses or taking it combined within a multivitamin. This is several mgs higher than others took. Every day has gotten better. I have more energy, focus and I'm super productive. I didn't expect them to be shaped like gummy bears. I'm adding them to my daily routine. I'm here writing this review because I'm getting them for this month. Grateful to find something that works.

I purchased the one pk (60 ct) in early November 2024. I have been taking them almost daily save for some weekends or during the holidays. They are easy to take because they are gummies and I look forward to the tasty morning treat. To me they taste like pineapple though they say they are flavorless. I feel like I have noticed the effect of these gummie a month later since I've taken a break from my vyvanse prescription that was making my anxiety worse. I will say it is not a huge difference that I notice. If you are taking a prescription it is not working at that level, but I am certainly less distracted and more focused on the task at hand. Getting to a focused state on a project is much easier than it's been before i got my ADHD diagnosis. Overall I think it's a great boost and support if you are looking for an unmedicated alternative to ADHD symptoms.

I got these for my teenager kiddo who has possible ADD, he is not on any medication so I am trying natural approach........and trying various things to see if it can help, I bought these and when I start giving this to him I also started taking one (to make sure we dont notice any side effects and see if it helps) For of all taste is great, we both had these for abt 5-6 days, my son didnt notice any side effects (he is sensitive to some things so this was good) I didnt notice anything significantly positive in his behavior either after using this........I stop using them because I started to get thirstier and my race was racing a bit more while I was on these! So be careful with these if you have high blood pressure again my son didnt notice any ill effects I would recommend trying these slowly to make sure they suit your body type. I wasnt able to give them enough time to see if they would help my son in long run! Hopefully they will help you in your wellness journey.......you can try them but just be careful and listen to your body!
