I purchased this several years ago and it is still working. Connected to wifi easy, speed is on point. Great buy for the money and stays in designated USB ports.

Bought this for my laptop because the wifi on it kept disconecting. this product fixed that problem. Just plug it in and it was ready to go.

I bought one to try on my laptop and it worked so well I bought another for my husband's laptop. The drivers were easy to install but the directions to access the wifi once the drivers were installed were a bit vague. However, when I realized it created a new wifi network I was able to access the 5G network right away. The only glitch is that there seems to be a lag in connecting to 5G when first booting up. .small inconvenience when compared to the value for price of this item.

When I first plugged in and set it up, it worked pretty well. But then out of nowhere it just stopped working. The little light that is supposed to flash stopped working as well. I unplugged and tried to plug back in but my pic just said that it was malfunctioning hardware.

Used the first device for my wife's computer (new Win11 desktop); no setup was necessary and it works like a charm. Used the second device for my computer (also new Win11 desktop); first the computer saw it as a thumb drive; went to open the "drive" and it ran a utility that supposedly configured the drive for the computer; now it no longer sees a separate thumb drive but also doesn't recognize the device as a network USB. I can't send back for exchange because I didn't keep the packaging when the first one worked (stupid me). Not pleased but oh well.

My local IT guy suggested this product to help with intermittent Internet access issues - e.g. when my PC went into sleep mode, upon wakeup my wireless Internet access sometimes didn't come back and I had to reboot and re-start all of my apps, web pages, etc. Seems like this product has eliminated that problem. And it was shipped to me very quickly.
