So far I am very pleased with this compact treadmill. I have had it for over a month now and have had no issues. I have not even had to tighten the belt yet. For the price on this and it's compact size I would recommend this treadmill to anyone who walks an average of an hour a day. Didn't want all the bells and whistles on the more expensive machines. This one does just fine and as good in my opinion as the name brand treadmills. It's light weight enough to move when finished.

The media could not be loaded. The tensile knop does not reach the side to lock. If it’s not leaning against the wall it will fall forward. I should be able to move and store properly if needed!!! I don’t know what i can do to maybe readjust it. And there was not any silicone oil for the running belt. What can I use?

The product is great, I'm loving it, the first box FedEx delivered to the wrong address and I couldn't recover it, I contacted the seller and he was super attentive and sent me another mat, I highly recommend the seller and also the mat.

Replacement part still broken.This is the biggest piece of crap I have purchased in a very long time.DO NOT BUY THISI used this thing for 1 month.And it stops working. Belt won't move, indicates the motor broke according to the error code.**UPDATE** The customer service has been good, and is shipping a replacement part. Hopefully it's easy to fix.If you're brave enough to purchase.. get the warranty. You'll need it.Putting it together was a nightmare. Holes don't line up, so the screws are difficult to place. The whole thing shifted and could never be fully folded. It's a piece of crap.It's super cheaply made. Considering I paid close to $300, I'm pretty pissed.

I have had this treadmill for a solid week now and have been contemplating what kind of review to give it. For starters, it arrived in a box that was pretty damaged so I was a little nervous to open it. There was a lot of foam surrounding the treadmill inside of the box but there is a little ding on the side and the frame that makes the handles is bent. I'm not sure that happened during shipping or not but when I fold the treadmill up for storage I have to pull it to the side to get it to not hit the arm. Not a huge deal to me, it still works fine. Assembling this thing was a nightmare and it was literally 4 screws. NONE of the holes were aligned and it made it very difficult to get the screws in. This thing is kinda loud when operating but not enough to distract from watching tv or listening to music while you use it. I am 5'7 and I take fairly long strides when walking and I feel comfortable using this treadmill even though it is smaller than the ones you find at the gym. I wish I would have seen before hand that its in kilometers instead of miles but a little google helped me figure out how many kilometers to go to reach my miles goals lol I have walked on this treadmill every day since its arrival and it has been exactly what I was looking for. Easy to move around when I want to put it away. I wish I had paid $100 less for it though as it is of very cheap quality. 3 stars, does what I need it to do but is definitely nothing fancy
