Griot's Garage Ceramic 3-in-1 Wax

I have used several products from ceramic waxes to polymer seal and so far I liked the ceramics much more that the polymer seals. In my opinion the polymers depending on the color of your car, sometimes you can see a layer of a cloudy "I guess polymer protection". The ceramics are just very clear and it enhances the evenness on the paint making it very reflective and shinny. As far as comparing the Griot's Garage 3 in 1 Ceramic Wax with others that I have used, below are some of the pros and cons I have observed. PROS 1- Easy to apply - Having said that I have to say that I use an applicator because using the sprayer directly on the car does not allow you to control the area that you are applying. 2- It is very hydrophobic. 3- It is very Reflective 4- Helps keep the car clean and look clean for longer. 5-If you have high spots you can use the moist applicator and apply on the high spot area again and it will soften the already dry high spot allowing you to remove it. (the sooner you detect that high spot the better) 6-Price is extremely reasonable especially when you take in consideration the small amount that you will need to provide great protection to your car once every 6 to 12 months. CONS 1- In my opinion it does not provide as much filler effect and or depth as others like (Chemical Guys Hydro Charge.) NOTE: I have gotten the best of both by applying Hydro Charge as a base and then Griot's as the top coat and it looks and works great. 2-The beading is very very tight and it works great getting rid of water off of vertical panels but it does not sheet off flat panels like the hood or roof. This creates temporary water spots that will come off on your next wash. 3- It is not as smooth to the touch as other products like toppers but I do not see that lack of smoothness preventing it from doing its job.

I love this wax. It is long lasting, protects well. Easy on and off (big bonus point on that!). Very little residue. Great product.

Ez to apply. A bit difficult to remove if you do a large section. Don't let its easy application fool you, the elbow grease and rubbing it off is where the work is. I applied to the whole hood with a foam pad and a buffer on low speed. Ez and looked ok till I had to polish it up. Do small sections. It had a great shine in the end. And still brand after 60 days. Nice stuff.

I like Griot's products and this works pretty well. Longevity and shine, can't say it's any better than other products available and streaked a bit on my black paint. After trying many different spray waxes, my favorite continues to be Meguiar's Ultimate spray wax for ease of use, shine, and longevity. On plastic trim that's already been detailed (not faded) the Griot's wins for longevity vs. other trim products. I'll continue using it on trim.

Griot’s 3‑in‑1 Ceramic Spray is the real deal. It goes on effortlessly, wipes off easily, and instantly leaves a deep gloss that makes the paint look freshly detailed. The slickness is impressive, and the water beading is amazing. For something this easy to use, the protection and durability are way better than expected.

UPDATE: I’m still in love with this product. Yesterday I washed a 18 year old Range Rover previously treated with the Griot’s hybrid ceramic wax and it was a breeze. The attached pictures show the depth and gloss that it provides. Also, I included a picture of the proper amount to apply for best results. It really is best to use sparingly as you can see. Also, I choose to use the spray setting on the bottle as opposed to the mister setting. This way stray product doesn’t end up where I don’t expect it and it makes for an easier application. Original review is below: I love this product. It brings the depth of a carnauba wax, and the longevity and durability of a ceramic coating, all very economically and is easy enough for anybody to use. A couple of notes that you should be aware of though: The better you prepare the car, the better your results will be. This means a thorough wash, clay bar, and polish as needed, followed by using a IPA or prep product before application. While none of that is absolutely necessary, your results will be better and the coating will last longer before needing another application. Regarding application, less is more with this product. A regular size hood should require no more than 4 or 5 sprays. You will regret it if you use more. Also, for best results you should do 2 coats, separated by a minimum of 12 hours in a dry environment to allow for proper curing. If preparation is done properly, the coating should last at least 6 months but a year is more common. Since it is best to use sparingly and because it lasts so long, it is incredibly economical, and the results look professional. This is one of my favorite car care products giving professional results and is very user friendly. It can even be used as a maintenance topper for fully ceramic coated vehicles. They got it right with this one..

I can’t tell you guys it is good or bad. But i assure you that I didn’t put wax on my car that well. Someone who has experience or professional can do it well. I watched video a lot. But still made a mistake and whole car has wax spot.. ( when i was doing it. I didn’t have enough light and that was at night) so it is what it is.)

It streaks a little, but I use my power buffer with the wall pad and it came out beautiful
