Surprisingly so good! I was not expecting it turn out this well but I’m pleasantly surprised

Loved this. Made this for my birthday it was a hit. Although you have to really watch it. My box exploded and had to replace the box

Was super excited to get this kit. Ordered one for myself and one to give as a gift. When I started making my batch, I noticed the ingredients to make the wine were expired in both boxes I purchased. Can't figure out how to contact seller for fresh ingredients or new kits. Finished making my batch with the expired ingredients since I was part way through anyway and we'll see how it turns out. Will bump this rating up if successful, or ingredients are replaced.Edit: bumped review up to 4 stars. Was able to contact the seller and they are going to refund my purchase without me sending back the product. Now, let's see how the odd batch with expired ingredients turns out and maybe will bump up to 5 stars.

I bought one for myself and one as a present. I had very high hopes and after much time and anticipation, the wine ended up tasting really bad (essentially just grape juice with particles floating in it). This was the case for both kits after following the instructions meticulously.

This kit was easy to make but the wine does not taste all that great. I put mine in the cellar. Hoping a month might help it taste a little better.

It ended up being a really sweet wine. The experience was fun and would do again!

The final wine came out far too sweet

I sent this to my father as a gift. Initially, Dad set it aside not wanting to start a new project. He's been retired for several years and enjoys his routine. After a couple of inquiries, he decided to give it a try. Dad told me that the kit was very easy to use. The instructions were clear, and the kit required no additional items.A few weeks later I asked if he had tried the wine. The batch turned out fine. Dad found it a bit too strong for his tastes. He's more of a beer drinker. Perhaps I'll order a kit and see for myself.

I purchased this kit in 2020 it was a rosé so I decided to do a red wine this time and its absolutely AMAZING!! So easy to make and the wine taste perfect!!! Please never go out of businesss !!!

Ordered this at the end of September. Went to open and make in Decemeber to discover it exprired in Oct. Very disappointed. I have 2 boxes of expired product that never would have been useable in that time frame and I am outside of refund window now.

I have made wine kits many times over the years with little or no problems. The packet of kieselsol in this kit had crystallized so it could no longer be used as it is usually a liquid. I emailed the company twice over the period of a week and am still waiting for a reply. I was able to get a replacement at my local wine and beer making store so From now on I will return to using my local store. In about 10 days I should find out if the wine tastes good. It should.
