Hydro Flask Standard Mouth Bottle with Sport Cap

This product far exceeds my expectations!!!! I was skeptical that it would truly keep a product cold as long as indicated but I was incredibly wrong! When the Hydro Flask arrived my curiosity wanted to test their claims before I really started regularly using it. I filled the Hydro Flask with ice water the day I got it and I kid you not it still had ice on the third day! I was mind blown! The first two pictures I've provided show day one and the final picture looking directly in was taken on day three after consuming about half of the contents as I couldn't resist a few drinks.The Hydro Flask had absolutely zero condensation on the outside during any of those three days! I couldn't believe it! The texture is a powder coating and I think that's great as I don't fear that I'm going to drop it. As you can see from the pictures I provided, the color is vibrant and the blue looks great! The sport cap is a plus, it does not leak, and it makes for very easy use. It's not your typical spout tip either as it's a thick rubber. This might be a good thing for people who typically bite the plastic tip. I will say that the Hydro Flask is more expensive than other water bottles on the market from what I've seen but they are well worth the cost.Hydro Flask is designed and originated from beautiful Bend, Oregon which is where I was born and raised so I feel ashamed I waited so many years to try or buy or one. And although I live in Kansas City now, I love that I can have a little piece of home with me because I'm a sap like that. I can't wait to purchase another Hydro Flask for myself in the growler size. They'd make a great gift as well because who doesn't use a water bottle at some point. Bottom line, you will not be disappointed with purchasing a Hydro Flask!Finally, I am a paid consumer so I did buy this product with my own money. My review is genuine and my own. I know it's hard to believe because I'm so enthusiastic but the product is legit!

I rarely give out 5 Star reviews but this container is perfect for my needs. I use it primarily for short bike rides as I live in FL and was in need of a product that would keep my water / ice cold during my daily bike rides. Trust me, this is perfect for keeping liquids very cold for long periods of time. I will add that I am not one who will measure if it keep ice for days on end as this was not why I purchased the product. Also, for my purposes, the hydro flask fits snugly in the Topeak Cage 2 cage and is easily assessable. The spout is perfect as I have experienced zero issues drinking while riding. Some have reported leakage but I've yet to witness any to date but please note the website indicates this product is not waterproofed as there is a tiny hole on the sports cap which allows for flow while drinking. I will also add that the opening is large enough for medium ice cubes so again, it meets my goals. Finally, the quality is unmatched as I've been using this for well over a month and there is no degradation of quality to include the paint. Again, awesome product; it is as advertised. I researched insulated water bottles in the hopes of finding a water bottle that would replace my bulky, but otherwise high quality water bottle. My son-in-law has a Hydro Flask and he raved about how much he likes it. I ordered one for myself and I LOVE it! It does a great job keeping the water cold all day, a must for for this busy schoolteacher. Staying hydrated is always a challenge on the job and my room is particularly dry, so I appreciate having ice cold water at my fingertips. I also love the finish on he outside of the Hydro Flask. It has a bit of texture, so the grip is good. It's not slippery like many stainless steel water bottles. Also, it's slender enough that I can handle it with ease, unlike some other larger, bulky water bottles. Finally, I love the sports cap. No leaks and the ring makes it easy to carry. The only thing I'm finding is the capacity is smaller than I need. I deliberately chose this size, not realizing how quickly I could empty it in a day. I chose a smaller capacity so I could have a size that is easier to handle, so that's the trade-off. Overall, this is a great choice!

I bought this product to help me kick a nasty diet soda addiction (I'm an 80's kid and was embalming myself with Aspartame). I can honestly say it was worth every penny. I've used other products (Kleen Kanteen, SIGG, etc) in the past, but those products sweat and left a mess on my desk at work and on me at the gym, warmed my water, and - in the case of Kleen Kanteen - looked unsightly as the paint peeled from the container. The Hydro Flask has allowed me to keep water cold at work and doesn't sweat, allowing me to drink cold and refreshing water all day at the office. It is also great at the gym for the same reasons. And it looks great! The matte finish feels good and the sports cap provides a nice seal. It is pricey, but I haven't bought a diet soda at work in over a month and a half (I was spending at least $1.75 per day on a 20oz bottle) so it has already paid for itself! I would highly recommend this product.

Seriously - the search is over. I like my water really cold, so I usually end up packing a ton of ice in the bottle - I don't need to with this one, because any ice I add will STILL be there 24+hrs later and that's no exaggeration. I find myself drinking a lot more water now that it's at my preferred temperature all the time. I also love that it doesn't sweat or get any condensation on it at all, no matter what environment it's in. It's a little more than I'd like to spend for a water bottle, but it's worth every penny for the quality. As an added bonus, it's basically indestructible. I'm incredibly clumsy and sometimes careless with my things - it's been dropped pretty hard on everything from concrete to asphalt and barely shows any scratches. Also makes a great eco-friendly gift!
