Slightly more beefy Stingray shoes, I love them
I've worn the Stingray shoes for years, and as much as I love them they do tend to wear out pretty quickly (around 18 months is how often I usually have had to replace them over the last 15 years). I have to say the Ninja version is as comfortable as the original Stingray, but feels a bit more robust without being too much heavier. I haven't had a chance to see how long they last yet (bought my first two pair a few months ago, one black and one white), but I love how they feel in the gym once they are broken in a bit (they felt a little stiff for calf raises at first), and they have always felt awesome for doing footwork in the car (I drive a 6-speed manual), easy to feel the rev-matched downshifting even if I'm not threshold braking yet the shoes are not too soft for when you have to step on it harder.Over the years I've tried other Otomix shoes for different levels of foot protection, but I think these Ninjas are a nice balance if you want something thicker than the Stingray but not so beefy as a Power trainer.

Better Than Stingrays For Lifting
I highly recommend these for lifting. I'm a person who usually has a problem with wide/flat feet, but these address the issue without any concerns. I once trained with the otomix stingrays and ultimate trainers, but I had an issue that forced me to buy half a size bigger (which resulted to me having some room near the toebox). Training legs wasn't normally a problem, but hitting calves was sometimes more difficult than it should have been. The ninja model is meant to address this issue for people that specifically train with weights, but none of my friends have been able to vouch for them since they didn't want to be the guinae pig to test them out.

Amazing pair of shoes! I'm a fan
I now own a few pairs of different Otomix shoes. 1 Stingray, 2 Ninjas (similar price-point). I can say they are awesome. They: fit great, look awesome! Feel like heaven, and best of all they are VERY durable. One pair, that I've had for 2 years, I have taken them hiking though mud, outdoor sprinting, daily gym and they are still in very good condition.ONE more thing: From my experience, Otomix customer support system is AWFUL. I decided to give them a call and see if they we're sold locally and to see what shipping options they had. I was automatically put on hold for 15 minutes and had to listen to 15 minutes of how much they care about me (lol) then it auto hung up. Called again and was eventually received by an annoyed woman who couldn't give me any answer on shipping time.

Highly recommended, fast shipping
These shoes are GREAT.Shipping: First off, ignore the shipping date on Amazon - I ordered this in Los Angeles on Thursday and it showed up Friday morning. Less than 24 hours. Now about the shoes: They are VERY light weight. They weigh about the same as the typical Feiyue low tops, but these are much better padded, and of course have the ankle support. They are super flexible - almost like ballet shoes, where I can point my toes and they bend nicely. The tongue has a velcro flap that lets you cover up the upper laces and knot for a cleaner look.I will need to add an insert for arch support, as the bottom is quite flat, but still with more support than the Feiyues.Haven't worn these to kung fu yet, but will report back once I try them, and then update later to report their durability.

Otomix Training shoes
The shoes appear to be well constructed. When I laced them up support was great and the stability is very good. They fit well for my size 13, however, the width seems a bit tight. It they came in wide I would buy them.

Repost...
Love the color scheme. Perfect fit. But I have a narrow foot, so if your foot runs wide, this may not work for you.Repost...I gave it 5 stars originally. But for what I paid I expected a more quality product. (Note pic)! I ordered them in mid October for a meet in December. So I didn't even wear them until December. Since then, I've only worn a handful of times so I'm disappointed in the quality.

fit true to size and I absolutely love them. Had my first leg day with them ...
The shoes came very neatly placed and wrapped inside the box, fit true to size and I absolutely love them. Had my first leg day with them today and I have to say otomix did a fantastic job with these. Thank you otomix for a great product.

Great Pair of Boxing Shoes
Otomix is an excellent pair of boxing shoes. It's made of good materials and comfortable when worn. The sole is thick enough for on to do jump ropes on most floors. When worn, it's soft on the inside, the user will feel its grip when sparring or in a real match. Highly recommended
