Good Germination rate
These seem to be decent seeds. As per instructions, I let them soak in room temperature water for 24 hours before planting the seeds in a seedling starter mix soil and very lightly covering. Verbena seeds require darkness for germination. I then watered the seeds and covered the seedling cells containing the verbena seeds with tinfoil and placed it on a seedling heating mat. I had roughly 90% germination within a week. Once germinated I uncovered and tended to them as usual.

Great germination rate
These seeds germinated quickly and I did not soak seeds. I started them in a starter tray on heat mat with grow lights thentransplanted to individual pots when they where a few inches tall they all survived transplant and are doing well. Will buy again

Seed’s didn’t sprout
I put the seeds as directed and it has been more than 3 months but nothing has sprouted at all. Other seeds that i got for other flowers already sprouted and growing well . Would not recommend buying them.

Absolutely Beautiful
These are excellent. I find myself ordering from Outside pride has never failed to exceed my expectations and I actually find myself ordering from them multiple times a week (yes, I know its an obsession/addiction.) OK here's how I planted the seeds. I sprinkled them on top of the soil (in a very small container), left them in a dark corner of the room (didn't cover with black plastic or amything) and they sprouted. Later I transplanted them into the garden and voila...beautiful!

Verbena Seeds Need Darkness to Germinate. Worked for me!
Worked great! As stated on another review, verbena seeds need complete darkness to germinate. I sprayed a paper towel with a mix of water and a little hydrogen peroxide, scattered the seeds on it and put the paper towel in a ziploc bag. Then I wrapped the ziploc bag in a black plastic trash bag to keep out the light and put near a heating vent. A few days later I got quite a few germinated seeds as you can see from the pictures. And a few weeks later the little seedlings are doing great. The only drawback is I don't think there were 1000 seeds in the packet. More like 500-700 seeds. But still great for my needs.Edit: A few months later after planting, they bloomed really well. Picture added.
