Has the fin part been fixed so it fits correctly?

Inflatable paddle board kit has 3 fins. Two fins are fixed and one removable middle fin which will fit correctly.

What does it weigh when Its in the bag?

I don’t know the weight but it’s not what I would call heavy. The bag is like a giant rucksack and is easy to carry. I’ve had it on my back and ridden my bike with ease
