Excellent knives from an excellent company
I purchased these as a gift. I have owned a few of these and always love them and I knew the recipient did too. I thought about getting a cheaper alternative, but after reading the reviews decided to go with what I knew was excellent. About the same time I ordered these the recipient mailed some knives to the company for sharpening which they do for free but you have to pay for the postage. They mailed them back three brand new knives and they were thrilled. What company does this? I will stick with them!

Really sharp knife set. However, the knife tips are thin and fragile, so tips will break off if users try to pry something (more on the user error side)

Wife loves them
Highly recommended. We have several different brands of ceramic knives (Kitchenaid, Yoshi Blade), these are by far the best so far. The handles are slightly larger which provides better grip and control of the blade. They cut extremely easily through all fruits and vegetables so far, including harder vegetables such as carrots and beets. I would not use these to de-bone anything, the blades are not designed for torsional flex amd will break.

Bought this set of knives after a friend gave me one last year for Christmas. I needed to replace the knives that had become dull. I just love these knives and also bought a set for my friend. We both are very pleased with the knives and just love the covers that I also purchased. Would highly recommend these knives for anyone, but they are very sharp, so beware when using them!
