This is one of my favorite nano needling and micro needling serums. I get zero irritation , it hydrates and really pampers my skin the days following micro needling. I like that it is in an amopoule that requires a syringe to access the product . My only concern is that people keep using the same syringe that came with it . That’s a big NO !!! Get a box of syringes that are sealed and sterile and toss after each use!! Do not microneedle all that bacteria into your skin!! There’s no way that repeatedly using the same syringe is sanitary. I don’t care how many times you soak it in alcohol!!! Don’t ruin your skin because you’re trying to save a few bucks!!!!

Absolutely love the tip. It reminds me of what we use when we do PRP microneedling in the clinic. The plastic syringe makes it super easy for application during microneedling but please don't use the same one for multiple clients. I use this for my at home treatments - I'm a licensed esthe but i can't take products from work so I like to have my own to practice. I like that air can't get into it. I think this is definitely worth trying if looking for a microneedling medium def want to order other ones. Great ingredient list. It has beta glucan, glycerin, Hyaluronic acid, collagen, centella asiatica, aloe, glutathione, tranexamix acid which is great for microneedling because it helps control bleeding & fade dark spots, and the best - EGFs baby!!! Phyto stem cells are the best !!!

I like the hydration but it’s not that much better than other serums. I don’t experience any tingly sensations. Not sure what the microneedling effect is about. I cannot tell the difference in this compared to other serums I have. I think the marketing is smart. But might be false advertisement

Works great. Used this while microneedling and it went on smooth and really penetrated my skin. No smell and no irritation felt. Great buy for the money.

I got a wild hair and decided I wanted to try microneedling at home. I got myself a dr pen M8S and then realized I probably will need some numbing cream and a serum/slip. Unfortunately I have a more sensitive and acne prone skin type and was looking for a serum that isn’t predominantly Hyrauluonic acid (gives me zits/clogged pores) and also has other quality ingredients just like this one! I enjoyed using it during and after my first session. My skin drinks it up and looks really good. It helped tone down the immediate sunburned look I get from microneedling- maybe the glutathione?! It’s not the cheapest option, but I think it’s worth it!
