Has helped me tons!
This little brace has helped me a ton. My elbow had been bugging me for awhile... after a few days of wearing this brace the pain is gone. It has a good cushion, the fabric isn't itchy at all, and it is nice and easy to adjust. I loved having the cold gel pad as well. I personally have a hard time using the cold gel pad during longer periods as I feel it is burning my skin. I do however believe this is a user issue and just shouldn't make it so cold... ;)Highly recommend though. Good sturdy quality.

Perfect size hard to find except the things company
The ice pack is perfect size for on your elbows it last about 20 minutes put it in the freezer for 20 minutes and ready to go again it's a lot smarter to do with these than to use them big clumsy ones thanks so much

Works as expected
I especially love the one that you can get cold. I do have to put a think wash cloth under it because it is too cold otherwise.Does help my tennis elbow feel better.
