Awesome product. Easy to use, love the voice prompts when it's activated. I have it in a hard to see area in my truck but when I have the aux-in on it tells me when it's on. Love how versatile it is. I can keep it in my truck out of direct sunlight and be at a sound event and have it setup at my sound board. Comes with the basics to use with a stereo either by means of 1/8 inch cable or the stereo RCA jack to 1/8 input adapter.

I was hesitant to purchase this device because of experiences I have had more generally with relatively inexpensive after-market add-ons to electronic systems. They "work" but usually require tinkering and never integrate completely seamlessly into the whole audio package. This receiver was different -- it really is plug and play: it is small, intuitive, the signal transmission is good quality, the battery life is as advertised, its range fits even big rooms, it connects automatically to the BT device (or two) it has used before and can store more device identities. We have a nice Kicker (powered) speaker system and the Mpow receiver made it bluetooth enabled so it's back in full use -- much more cheaply than having to buy a new BT-enabled powered speaker.

This is a nice product. It allows me streaming bluetooth audio as my car has limited bluetooth(pun calls only). My aux jack is in the glove box(lame) but I have no issues with reception. I still, after a week, have to pair up every time I hop in the car but it works great. I know it takes time for bluetooth to catch on to where it automatically pairs with a device, hoping that comes soon. Seems to have a long play life, the manual claims 18hrs.but haven't put it to the test yet. Easy on/off, just touch the mpow label for 3 seconds and....Boom you're jammin'. Overall, a great item for a low price. It does perform well. If you need bluetooth for the car or any location while traveling, for headphones, get one of these.

This works well; just an awkward shape. Round. I think something rectangular would be better in a car but that may just be my problem because I have a small car so there's not a lot of room. Round things are space wasters. But I do use this and have not had any problems with it. I recommended this to a friend and he bought a different product and complained about it. So I guess I have the better unit. Anyway, I'm happy with it.

I have a pair of Mpow Bluetooth headphones that I really like, so when the iphone 7 came out with no audio jack, this was my first go-to for continued iphone audio in my car. I was so sure of my experience with the brand, I bought two! It worked great for about a week with only a couple of hours of use, and then suddenly it died, and it won't turn back on. Yes, the battery is charged. Very disappointed in this unit and in the Mpow brand.

I was excited by the cool design of this little product and how easy it was to plug in and turn any device into a Bluetooth device. But the sound quality of music is noticeably inferior to a direct connection or even a standard Bluetooth connection. unless there is a trick for this, 2 stars.
