I ordered these shoes for my daughter. I ordered them a size bigger than what she wears and they were still too small. My daughter was crushed. I contacted Fanstown and they immediately replied and went above and beyond to send her the correct size. They did not make me go through the hassle of sending the shoes back and had her new, correct size, shoes here is less than 2 weeks. Thank you, Fanstown, for your amazing customer service. I have, and will continue, to order products from you. The shoes are good quality and my daughter is thrilled with the shoes, and the pictures of BTS that were sent as a little extra treat.

I got the BTS shoes and they arrived earlier than quoted. Came with a cute little note from the seller apologizing for any delays in shipping (which there were not) and included 2 small photo cards of the band. Great quality shoes, SUPER COMFY, and they look amazing. Love them! 10/10!!

I ordered a size 8 for the black shoe and a size 7 for the white BTS shoe but they swapped sizes. I don’t really mind having a size 7 black shoe though. They also mispelled All Sport for the black shoes so I just put an album sticker on it. I'm usually a size 7.5 but the size 7 fit fine with a bit of space in the front. The top is also kind of low. Its not really a high top but its not a low top either.Edit: After a few months of use, the logo has started to come off and an eyelet has fallen out. The round logo is also lifting up. Other than that it’s fine but I’m lowering this to 3 stars

I ordered USA-size 4 for my daughter but they were too small. I reached out to the vendor and they were excellent in responding back, refunding the money and just great customer service. The sneakers were great quality and exactly as shown on the picture. I placed another order for a larger size, which should be coming soon. I'm giving them five stars for all these reasons.

I got these shoes probably a month ago and I am pretty happy. The only problems that there were is that the soul of the shoe started breaking a little bit and the logo wasn't too​ big as expected. I still like them though and I wear them a lot. I also got to photo cards. One of them were the Spring day mv pics and the other one was the Not Today mv pics.

I was so happy when I saw that they fit, where clean, great quality, and smelled nice. Then to top it all off I loved the letter apologizing about the time and loved receiving the two pictures! Definitely great shoes!

She loves the shoe but says her calf hurts when she wears them. I’m thinking they are not designed to stand up for long hours. She loves them though!

The shoes came early than was quoted so that was great. They also included two photos of the group members. The laces aren't all that long though sadly, but other than that the shoes are wonderful and best part is that the shoes actually fit so I'm extremely happy about that
