I have had this one for 3 years now. It got all faded, but performance of it is the same as the 1st day I used it. I love the basket on it. It is high quality. It went through so much use and me banging it to remove gathered particles, but it still as good as it always was. I even put chlorine tablets in it to add chorine faster into the pool many times. Nothing happened to the basket. Also, the cord does not tangle much at all which is amazing. I had other pool cleaners before and returned those or they broke shortly until I found this one. I am writing this review to support the manufacture to continue to make the product that I like. If it last another season, I am more than satisfied!

There is not much that these things do. It’s basically a vacuum machine running around. How do you know if they are good or bad ? The corners. This one makes is the first one I have owned that cleans the corners or the pool with every single run.There are fanciers versions of this device, I have the 502, the cheapest one. Other versions have two scrubbers and additional functionality. Are they needed or worthy ? I think they are not. The basic functionality is the same in all of them, so they won’t clean better and that’s the only thing that matters in this case.

Good suction, hits 99% of my 40ft pool, the cord isn’t too bad, filter is easy to clean. No issues with corners, only got caught on my stairs once all summer. Big leaves are tougher, small it does OK. Wish I had a remote control though. Used for 1 full summer, been very happy with it.

Super easy to use - my pool was a mess and I used it back to back for multiple cleanings and bam - happy clean pool (I love when it goes up the sides! It spends time scrubbing too and then goes back down as needed). Looking forward to using all summer.

I bought this product in August 21, 2021 -used it just a few times before the end of the season used the cleaner approximately 10 times and it discontinued working. Talked with the customer service rep today I have to pay package and ship the product back to a warranty center that will not answer the phone, will not give me a time frame prior to sending the product to them, and it’s only been used maybe 10 times. Do not purchase they do not stand behind their products. Finally got this product back August 22 , 2022 of last year used it two times before I close the pool have used it three times this year since I’ve open the pool and it’s not working again cannot get through to the company was on hold for hours today finally got a callback and they told me that they needed to transfer me to someone else. Held for 45 minutes. Ask for a callback no one ever called me back. Do not purchase this product! The company finally replaced this product. We’ll see how this one does. The company has not allowed me to register this product for a new warranty yet. just to update it is now August 2023. I have my third pool cleaner aqua bot the second one worked two times and quit. They sent me a third one I received it on August 16, 2023. used it one time and it no longer is operating, now that it has been over two years since my original purchase, they are not wanting to do anything further. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!

The media could not be loaded. Was a bit skeptical at the beginning, and did not want to pay top dollars for the water vacuum.After a week I am satisfied. Evo 502 cleans floor, walls and the water line in one cycle. Sometimes the corners require two cycles.

basically this unit does not work on a pool that is dirty. Its important to notice the video to show how the bot works are stupid cus the pools are not even dirty. My pool gets dirty, and requires constant vacuuming. this particular vacuum as well as others with standard filter material do not work with typical green algae. and Forget picking up leaves.

Cleaner just meanders around pool missing debris, leaves, etc. Does not pick up small debris. Still need to use pool vacuum.
