Maverick Advantage Panoramic Rear View Mirror for CF Moto UForce & ZForce Series

The clamps are not big enough for my UForce 600, which I expected because of all the reviews stating the same. Like another reviewer, I drilled 2 holes in the mounting plate to match the threaded holes in the frame and it worked great. That should be the preferred way to mount it with pre-drilled holes and including M8 socket head cap screws with the mirror.Other than that, it is a nice mirror.

Instead of using supplied clamps drilled two additional holes in mirror plate to match existing holes in frame. Worked!

The mirror itself provides great panoramic vision behind you. And it seems to be reasonably stable and doesn't move around a lot when you ride around. However, the clamps are either too small or the bolts are too short to adequately fit my CF Moto Uforce 600.I managed to replace the bolts with longer bolts however the bracket that holds the mirror is not wide enough to allow the clamps to go around the center bracket that is already mounted on the roll cage of the Moto. I therefore had to shift the entire mirror to the left to avoid the interference with the bracket. It was very difficult to get the clamps far enough around the roll bar so that the nuts would engage the bolt. After some period of time and a lot of grunting, I managed to get the nuts to catch on the end of the elongated bolts that I put in there. Once I clamped it down, everything works fine, but it was way more difficult than it should have been for such an easy apparatus. My suggestion, is to provide longer bolts, and to make the mounting bracket wider so it will not interfere with the hardware that's already welded to the roll bar. Aside from that the mirror itself is pretty good. Make those corrections and I would give it five stars.

Great product. Fits well and doesn't shake. Mirror folds down so you don't have to look at yourself while you are driving. Quickly flip it up and you can see behind you.I saw a complaint that someone didn't like the flip down, and a little Super Glue would fix that if you so desired.

Uforce 1000 does not have a roll bar as shown in the picture, bracket will have to be completely redesigned.
