This 3-drawer holder fits all of those requirements perfectly. This is really solid feeling. The drawers slide smoothly without any squeeking. They are also deep enough to comfortably hold all of my meds, which I used to keep in a basket. And, it looks great on my end table. I use the flat top to place my reading. It works so beautifully and I wonder why it took me so long to find it. Super product capable of tons of uses. I will be ordering another for my nightstand, you know, reading glasses and all that jazz.
