Good strength and gives slightly if dog lunges. Hand grip is comfortable and clip is large. Lower secondary grip is very useful too. Great for my 70 lb dog.

When I first ordered I thought it would be too short, but once it got here it was actually the perfect length. I have 1.5 year old 100+lbs male German Shepherd and I'm a 5' 3" small lady who can hold him back when need be but I don't want my shoulder ripped out of my socket. Loki never really pulled on our daily walks, he just like to test the limit and keep the leash taut enough that he'd be in my preferd zone and pulling slightly. When I used this leash he didn't pull once, and the leash was loose and he was by my side at all times. We came up with another dog walker and Loki tired to push forward (very friendly) to check out the other dog, but when the leashes elastic barely started to pull back he gave up and fell back into place. Great training leash, after the run in he never lost focus and our walk was great. It's a wonderful leash, nice and bright if you walk at night, and heavy duty! Defiantly a must have for any large dog that pulls. I wouldn't recommend for small dogs or even medium sized dogs, it might be a little to heavy for them, or a little to strong.

Strong 60+ pound Labrador retriever puppy who hasn’t learned not to pull on a walk yet is no match for this durable and comfortable in your hand leash. Excellent length and built in shorter length handle when better control is needed. Great craftsmanship and guarantee from company if anything goes wrong. I have one for each of my 3 dogs!

I use this leash for my 100+ lb. wolfhound.It is up to the task. Very strong and well-made. I especially like the ability to grab the short handle for control situations. The stretch capability works fine and does take the edge off lunges. Highly recommended!UPDATE: After six months' use if anything I like it more! Our dog outweighs my wife by 30 lbs. but this leash really helps here stay in control, and helps manage the pull if the dog does lunge. Again, highly recommended!

I bought this because a friend had them for her dogs and they are stretchy. I have elbow tendonitis and this really takes the strain off the elbow.Now, the ones that my friend has are skinnier than the one I bought. At first I thought mine was better, but, I notice that it can twist and then is kind of hard to untwist when the dog is attached. No big deal, but I am wondering if that is why they started to make them skinnier. It is a good strong leash and I would continue to purchase this for any other dog I may get.

This is not my first Rok lease, bought the first one in El Cajon CA. Easy to work with, padded handle, easy grip - just great leash. Can't say much more about it! Love it

We have a beagle so he tends to pull quite a bit during walks, especially when he is on a scent. This leash is great with curbing that. He still pulls but it's not NEARLY as difficult to control. My husband loves it so much he said we will never buy a different leash again! Made extremely well and worth the price (which is cheaper than other sellers on the internet). Highly recommend! :)

Great leash! I use it everyday with my 120 pounds Great Dane and after a year it’s still in great shape. Very comfortable to hold and pretty too!
