Delicious and filling. It's a little expensive but it's a really high quality product. Blows other tuna snacks out of the water. Almost perfect blend of ingredients. I do add a splash of hot sauce because I like a little more spice, but it's great by itself too. Will be recommending this to others and stocking up on more.

This is one of my go-to's! I am pescatarian and this is the best option all around that I found. It's great for lunches at work- I can grab one the go when I don't have extra time to prepare lunch. Good protein source, includes veggies, and it's super delicious to me. Worth the price. I am also a big fan of mixing it into the minute rice for a fuller meal sometimes. I subscribe and buy this regularly.

Protein pack, and yummy except has a very strong tuna taste. Yes I know I’m buying tuna but a little fishy. Well, I buy it again?, Yep.

These Wild Planet tuna-veggie meals are just the right size if you're hungry but not enough for a big meal. They have healthy tuna, veggies and some kind of beans. The cans are easy to open, and tuna meal is delicious! We like to keep a few on hand for busy times so we don't just eat junk.

first impressions - tasty, but there wasn’t much tuna. only two quarter size x 1/2” tall pieces which explains the protein content being what it is. it was mostly pasta. i was glad it did not have to much oil though seems like it should be cheaper, but if you believe it is high quality tuna it might be worth it. the tin also seems to be higher quality than most though the foil lid seems a bit concerning

Although this product is not a good choice for individuals on a low sodium diet, and is a bit pricey. Despite that, I am still highly recommending it, as it taste delicious and is a healthy food choice for the general public. No need to add additional condiments, crackers, or bread - all you'll need is a spoon :).The safe packaging and pull open top makes this product useful for "on the go" customers.

I eat these every day for lunch. They are easy to pack, delicious, nutritious and tasty.

I really love these for my mid-morning snack at work. A bit pricy, but a really great flavor and mindfully crafted. I've purchased them several times.
