ActionDart Soft Tip Darts and Dart Board Set

Overall, our kids love this dartboard. They saw the grown ups playing darts at a friend's basement and I wanted to get something safe for my 8 year old. I didn't want magnetic as they are either too weak to be useful or too strong and a safety hazard for young children.We found this dartboard and he and his cousins love it. It seems to be the same or similar size to a real dartboard. The face of the board is made up of plastic bristles. The darts themselves are light and have a pointed but blunt tip. I think they are pretty safe as they are not sharp enough to hurt. We got his cousin one too as he enjoyed playing it so much. I would recommend giving it a try. Seems fun for ages 5 - 10.The darts themselves are light which makes them safe but also not ask super durable. They will take a pounding but also can get bent or squished as kids can get rough with them. The dart board can be mounted to a wall but doesn't come with screws. It has a metal U shaped piece that can serve as a base. I haven't tried that as we just lay it up against our couch for now.

This is a great source of entertainment for all ages...I purchased the first set about 12 years ago for my son. It quickly turned into a family fun set..and any one who visited loved to play. I like the soft darts because they do not damage the walls, furniture and all ages can play without fear of harm. The board itself is lightweight yet sturdy, hangs easily..Since my great nephews loved it when they visited ...kept them occupied for hours over several days that I am surprising them with this new set for Christmas..

Great safety dart set, but make sure you use a large enough nail that it doesn't fall down off the wall. I used a nail that was a bit too small, which caused the board to fall off the wall easily when the darts are thrown. Once I changed it to a larger nail, it did not fall anymore. Very fun activity.

The dart board is very sturdy and the darts stay in well. Great first dart board for our son!

I bought this for my 8-year old godson and he loves it. The darts are safe for him and the board is very durable. The only minor issue is that the flights started bending a little after many hours of play time. Overall though, it is a very good set for kids.

Great, safe set of darts. We bought for our basement play area for our 10 year old, he and his friends will play forever. The set is great, works wonderful for our purposes, a decent quality board that is safe for the age group playing.

I left a review somewhere...But, I'll leave another because it is sooooo great. The teachers were so surprised and it's a great way to release a little stress!!! It's perfect!! Great size and seems really durable.. I'm going to order another one for a present.

We really enjoy this dart board - great family fun! You do have to throw them a bit hard to make them stick, but with the soft tips, you do not have to worry about damage to walls. Would definitely recommend this product.
