Mat is plush thick, vey comfy. 👏🏻👏🏻opted for light green, looks amazing, much better than how it is in the pictures. Big thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻👍🏻 and I highly recommend it 😊

Comfort guaranteed
Tested the mat and it add great comfort to the knees. Not sure if it won't get stained when taking it out and about but for indoor practices, I would highly recommend it.
