This is a small bag of authentic pimento wood chips for smoking - it adds a very unique smoky flavor especially useful when making jerk chicken. I combined this with my cast iron box and used it on my Oklahoma Joe's portable smoker and it was phenomenal.

Used for jerk chicken and pork and you smell it for the beginning. Definitely tasted the flavor. Size of product isn’t that much could get a little more for your money but it is good stuff.

Not a full pound and these are chips not solid pieces of pimento wood. Man a Yardie, do better!
