Q: Will these fit the 2023 Forester Wilderness?

Unsure. Quite adjustable. Can always cut the crossbar shorter, but can't make it longer. Check your max. width.

Q: Will these fit the 2024 crosstrek?

I believe the 2024 and the 2023 Crosstrek (which i have) are the same body style and configuration. Be advised that one bar set is longer than the other and goes in the rear. Easy to install and look good.
