I brought this on a beach trip and it was incredibly windy so I was concerned this tent would be a nightmare to set up and keep up. It held great in the high wind and provided very adequate shade for two sun bathers and all of our gear. If you’re looking for a family tent, this might not provide enough shade. The spike poles are a great design for the beach and can be tilted at any angle to create more shade or sturdy the canopy. Other similar tents on the beach lacked these and we watched as they constantly fell when the wind changed directions. Comes with a little shovel and the sand bag pockets are large enough that you can really weigh this down if you need to. Simple set up and break down.

The media could not be loaded. Okay, first of all, I want to say this had to be designed by someone who actually goes to the beach and needed a sunshade that is quick and easy. From the time I took it out to set up and to take it down after taking pics was a total of eighteen minutes. So quick and easy that if you were to throw away the instructions you could set it up! The only thing you may not have done was use the elastic drawstrings around the tent poles at the top to secure them to the tent. The poles are held together by an elastic rope inside to make assembly fast and easy, this truly is so quick my first time using the stakes in grass took only 6 minutes to do. If at the beach using sand may take a few more minutes to fill the pockets but it is so simple (they provide a scoop).So if you want fast and simple that also seems very durable (love the stretchy material) this is it!Hope this information has been helpful to you.

I bought this sun shade so I can use it in the backyard or when I go to the beach/park with my kid. The box come with everything needed to setup the tent, even a shovel for the beach is needed. It also come with two aluminum tent pole, 4 ties and 6 plastic stakes. You can use sand to tie this down at the beach or stakes in your back yard or the park. The stake is made out of plastic but it's adequate, the tent is made out of a stretchable fabric and from what I can tell so far it feel durable but we'll see with time. Setup was easy and it took me 10 minutes on my first try because my backyard soil was so hard. The stake did an adequate job and didn't break. I think I can get setup down to 5 minutes or less the 2nd time around. Instructions manual was simple but clear and it's really easy to setup. Overall it did do what it claimed to do which is to block the sun, it pack up nicely in it's carrying bag and it's very light.

First time using it and it was soooo easy to put together. Only took about 5 minutes and you can do it all by yourself. It is very lightweight and easy to carry. Other people had the beach canopy’s and it looked so bulky and took more than one person to put it together. We had so many people ask about the tent. It was windy and it held up. We are a family of 5 and we all were able to sit under comfortably.It’s a must for the beach!! I totally recommend this!

If you visit the beach pretty frequently this is a must have! It’s so easy to carry around and it’s pretty easy to set up too. The only slightly difficult thing is figuring out how to position the 2 poles. If you can figure out how to work with the wind rather than against the wind you’ll be fine. But I definitely recommend this tent!

Nice color. It was difficult for me to keep this upright. The ocean winds kept blowing it down. Easy to set up and take down, but it wouldn’t stay up long.

One person could definitely assemble this brilliantly designed Sun shade. It took less than five minutes and was so easy to assemble. We watched as others struggled to get theirs up. We didn’t have to adjust it once, it was so sturdy even through some winds at the beach. We loved this how compact it was to store and to throw on our shoulder or in our bike basket. Super impressed.

I burn so easy at the beach so I was never excited for a beach day unless I knew I had shade. This tent made my summer! It’s easy to travel with, SO easy to set up, and it’s easy to reposition and stretch in different directions as the sun moves! It comes with 2 poles, but we considered getting one or two more poles to make different shapes.They seemed really popular on the beach this year. GREAT INVESTMENT!!!
