There's a lot of ways to stabilize whipped cream, and some work pretty darn well... but I really like this stuff. It's like magic.

Where has this stuff been all my life??? I found this whipped cream stabilizer completely by accident when I was looking for Dr.Oetker pudding. It's amazing! I'm a home baker and have always been looking for a way to stabilize real whipping cream. Some ways don't work and some ways make it taste funny. This is perfect! It held the shape of my piped swirls for hours. Had no taste at all and didn't change the texture of the whipped cream. Good price, good quality, 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
