Q: could the size eight fit on a small skinny 14 year old?

Maybe? I’d find out what size they normally wear and go from there. I have a large 5 year old who wears these.

Q: My 2 yr old is 28 lbs she wears size 3t pants. The xs undies diff brand we have are very small. Do you suggest the 2/3 or 4?

I bought the 2t/3t for my 3yr old and she is the same size. They seem to fit very well. If your child has chubby legs I would suggest the 4.

Q: The description says frozen but the pictures show paw patrol, which is it? & how do I ensure that I will get exactly what in pics & not multi of them?

When I ordered these I was looking for Paw Patrol underwear. I didnt notice the name, so not sure if they were listed as Frozen or not. Amazon contacted me to answer this question. My response would be they are paw patrol and if you are lookibg for frozen dont order unless you see it in the picture.
