I'm a lover of Daniel Smith watercolors and rarely buy other brands. I needed olive green for a project I'm working on. Of course, I went to Daniel Smith from Amazon.

What is there to say? Daniel Smith watercolor paints are of the highest quality. If you are already a watercolorist, you know the importance of quality paints, paper, and brushes (especially paint and paper). If you are wanting to start watercolor painting do yourself a favor, use the best quality products, or you will soon be frustrated with your paintings. 100% COTTON PAPER! ARTIST or PROFESSIONAL paints. Reasonably priced brushes (you don’t need squirrel etc. brushes to start) look on YouTube, to see what others are using, but don’t purchase expensive, they really aren’t necessary. However cheap is not good either. Your tools,(paper, paint, brushes), will determine how happy you will be with your efforts. Happy painting!

I mean, can you say anything bad about Daniel Smiths watercolors? NO, NO YOU CAN'T. His colors are out of this world beautiful. Moonglow is no exception. Grab a few. You can mix this color with so many different colors and it gives anything a beautiful toned down hue. I love it!!!
