Bandai Hobby102 AMS-129 GEARA Zulu, Bandai HGUC 1/144 Action Figure

Overall amazing kit, good posability, double jointed legs, good detail, lots of accessories, good color, and very mean looking, optional head part is also nice! Good beam effects on the axe. Very cool rifle and grenade launcher....However. This kit has one problem. The hands. the finger pieces connect VERY tightly, and will almost guarantee to break if you try to take them off the hand again (like if you wanted to remove the rifle, axe, etc) Mine broke first time I tried to remove them, seeing if superglue works, but, I'm not keeping my hopes up. I suggest sanding down the thumb connector on the hand some so it does not have that ultra tight fit and are easier to remove. If you're willing to spend extra money, buy the "Builders Parts HD: MS Hand 02 Zeon Dark" to replace the hands with something better. in box high grade hands are terrible so these usually help with problems like these.

I'm a sucker for Zeonic grunts, I must admit, and the backbone of Neo-Zeon's force has always been a weakness of mine. Inspired from German WWII soldiers most likely, the Geara Zulu is nothing short of an imposing infantry unit, complete with awesome articulation and lots of spare parts. I've been able to shoot pictures of it that get in all sorts of "soldier" poses, complete with a feeling of sturdiness.Though it's been mentioned the details are weak, I would say that's a misnomer. The black/white parts do need stickers and panel lining doesn't hurt, but it will come out looking great. If you're feeling adventurous, painting or using Gundamn markers for the black/white parts will give it more authenticity if you don't want it apparent it has stickers.Obviously it won't come out looking like the picture, you'll need to seam weld/airbrush for that. But there's really little downside to it. It's a solid kit once all the extras are taken care of. Either that or your alternative is the Robot Damashii which is a whopping $70 or so.If you have a love for Zeon grunts, this is your model.

The HGUC Geara Zulu is a well detailed model kit. Articulation is quite good, lots of accessories are included with this kit, those being the beam rifle, the beam ax, two panzerfausts, a rpg, another helmet with a commander antenna, two sets of hands, two for holding the weapons, one right trigger finger hand, and one open left palm hand, and last a belt for holding all the weapons behind the Geara Zulu's skirt armor.One thing I will mention is that all the white accents on this kit will be done with stickers, and I would best recommend doing a reverse panel wash or just paint the small details instead for a better visual presentation.in conclusion, I would highly recommend this kit for anyone who wants a more nazi-esq zaku.

i highly recommend the Geara Zulu. its a more challenging than your standard HG Zaku kits. the decals add some great detail work without having to do any painting or line work. i have 3 AMS 129 kits and they are all amazing builds if you are looking for something a little more challenging with great joints and pose-ability then pick up these AMS kiti added a different shoulder with spikes, the shoulder that comes with this kit is smooth

My first Mono Eye Model from the gundam series, and i love it. the weapons this comes with is plentiful. fits good. and i love the Assault rifle that looks like a enlarged STG 44 from nazi germany.this model fits together nice, is easy to build and nice to set.

Very Nice Model Can;t find any thing bad about this model it's a grate kit I have many Bandai Models and this comes in at 2nd on my list of kits that fit into anything you would want to model use your mind WW3 and so on

I am very happy with this model. The quality and detail are better that I expected.

Awesome how they can take the WWII Nazi stormtrooper look and apply it to the Zaku. Love the helmet, the beam rifle and the panzerfaust rocket in the back.

塗装、墨入れ、艶消し、ウェザリングで仕上げました、スタイルも良く接地性も抜群で個人的には親衛隊版よりこちらの方が好みですエングレービングは塗装した方が出来栄えは良いですが、塗装が面倒or技術的に不安という方はシールが良いですが、シールの白い部分だけ切り取ってから貼ると見た目良くなります劇中では活躍しないものの作り終えた感想はやはりカッコいいですフル武装するとよりアサルトという感じになります、角突きと一般用は選べますのでお好みで、私はツノなしにしました、マスターグレードでリリースされるの待ってます、ユニコーンでは連邦系MSばかりMG化されてますので袖付きの機体のMG化かつプレバンではなく一般販売でお願いします

画面上では判ら辛かったモデル並みのスタイル、必要十分な可動域に文句の付けようがありません。エングレービングは全てシールで対応することになってます。素組みとスミ入れで3時間掛かりません。エングレービングを塗装するとなると仕上がり時間がかなり変わって来そうです。UCファンの方には必須のキットと言えるでしょう。
