Part of my new daily routine!
I love this stuff! Really works wonders. I took it consistantly - 3 times a day for around a month and noticed a huge difference in my dmeanor. I felt more calm, relaxed, able to feel less stressed. It was very helpful to me during the winter Holiday Season where I tend to have a lot of social anxiety.Taste was a little like black licorice at first (which I am not a fan of) but I have grown to tolerate/like the flavor.

THIS WORKS GRABE IT WHILE YOU CAN
I was having a hard time with hormones and I felt like I was always in a state of frantic from it. When I use this, with in minutes I can feel relaxed. I also use it before bed and it helps me sleep better. I love that its natural.

Tastes good, works fast, and substantially reduced my anxiety. Only downside, it gave me very weird and vivid dreams but that will probably vary from person to person.

Didn’t expect this to work so well. I made mocktails and added this. It’s not a drunken buzz as some ppl said. However, if you want to sleep like a rock… this is it! I was so relaxed and when I went to sleep I fell right off to sleep and woke up in the morning. Ita usually hard for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I definitely will recommend.

Price was right
Not as strong as I was hoping it would be. Tastes like honey, not bad. Does help me relax, but not really what I was looking for personally. I would buy regular kava root powder and prepare it myself next time. For the sale it was on, it was worth the money. I think it's a good product for people who are new to kava and wanting to see what it's all about. Easy to use. Not for me, but not a bad product.

Wasn't good for me
I purchased this for a relaxing method but it made me have major headaches i thought I was tripping when it happened the first time, so I used it 2 more rimes and same thing. Major headaches
