Made it to the 3 years and 2mth mark!
I bought this for my husband since he needed one while driving a dump truck. The first one we received wouldn’t even connect to his phone. So we sent it back and they sent a replacement. The 2nd one connected right away. I’m happy to report that he has been using that bad boy for 3 years and 2mths so far. I bought it in November of 2022. The only reason I now have to purchase a new one is it’s no longer holding a charge all day like it was. It suddenly decided it would die after a couple hours. Prior I can say this sucker would hold a charge for days before needing to recharged even on days he used it for 10-12hrs long. So I’d say the battery life was excellent for years up until recently. It’s been durable as he is around lots of dirt and dust. It gets dusty and kinda dirty at times and he wipes it down with a baby wipe. He likes the volume on it because he can actually hear the caller super clear even over background noises of other trucks and equipment. I can hear him really clearly when he calls me even if he has his window down. The noise cancellation has been top notch! And anyone that works around heavy equipment knows how important this is. The buttons are easily accessible and even for my husband who has large hands who fumbles trying to locate buttons or if two buttons are too close he has difficulty pressing just one due to his large fingers. He said it’s really comfortable to wear all day and he’s actually forgotten a few times he had it on after he got home until he reached up to remove his sunglasses or something and notices it’s still there. Which is another thing. We all know how uncomfortable earpieces can be especially for those who wear glasses or sunglasses. They tend to press on that earpiece and it can start hurting after a while. But not this one. Oh and for those that say the call volume diminishes over time. It’s because you need to clean the earpiece! Ear wax and junk builds up in there from usage. Of course the sound quality is going to seem lower as time goes on as more and more gunk gets up in there. Keep it clean and you should never have that problem. I’m purchasing another now since this one he has is dying too quickly but it has served him well. It came highly recommended from other drivers and we can see why. (His boss/friend has a $30 Bluetooth and it’s so noisy in the background when he calls. So he feels he has to yell. But you get what you pay for)

I Regret choosing "This Company"! Do Not Waste Your $$$! 2nd BP product purchased....
12/20/22 - (Refurb)Replacement failed just like the "NEW" one I purchased. Buyers Beware! My advise to you if you're going to purchase this is to buy the electronic warranty. Good Luck! *update- Replacement sent to me but it was opened (guessing refurbished even though i asked for new since i payed for new) its working as intended for now but I know to be ready to purchase a new one and won't be surprised if this "Replacement " acts up again. Like I said I would chose a different company if I could do I all over again!... Pros - Fit well (at first) - Incoming sound was clear (at first) Cons - Short Life (Low sound, dropped calls, Call quality is too bad to even use it anymore) - Terrible Company warranty process! (It's my 2nd BP purchase and I've been on the phone troubleshooting, asking for a replacement or better while offering to pay the difference! I've emailed every document a company could ask for. Fill out a LONG claim form that crashed when you try to submit it. TWICE! Called to see if I can resubmit everything another way to get the process moving faster. I received an email saying if I don't hear back after 7 business days call support) *It's been about 2 months since I first reported the problem*. Be patient. - Amazon purchases are treated differently when you need warranty support. (Buy directly from them if you're looking for faster warranty service. You'll NEED it! Blue parrot is the last company I'd choose If I could do it all over again)

Best BT for communications so far
It's for "making phone calls" (or Skype or whateverApp) so I'm not judging it for music quality. For communications it's better than any other I've tried in the past, but not immensely, and not in every way. But it's pretty dang good and I won't be replacing it until it wears out or breaks. The main point of comparison is the Plantronics Voyager Legend I used previously. It was a good device and had noticeably better noise cancelling. If my environment was loud that would matter more but generally it's not. This M300-XT shines in a few ways that matter more to me. - BT 5.x seems to work more smoothly with multiple devices. - The battery life is much better. The incredible battery life negates the advantage the Plantronics had in existence of a charging case. - The device charges from the same USB-C connector as my phone and can actually be charged FROM my phone with a standard C to C wire. This standardization of charging is a pretty big deal to me. I don't need one weirdo cable (or a charging case) to keep track of so I can recharge thankyouverymuch. - Noise cancellation is pretty good and good enough. Some minor issues: The Blue Parrot "special button" seems to not work properly most of the time. I don't care much about that but it's a little disappointing. A little rubber self-tethered USB-C port plug to enhance weather protection would be welcome; I've not had a problem but I don't want one either. Executive summary: Would buy again.

Good for 6 months, then earpiece volume dropped off
Bought to replace my 10-year-old, $30 Plantronics M50 for work calls. Right away, the receive sound quality had far better clarity, and the mic quality was maybe just a touch better than the M50. This has been my everyday work-from-home earpiece for the last 6 months. The battery life is amazing. I can hear clearly, and my coworkers never complain that I'm hard to hear--even when speaking quietly. If there's one downside at all, it's has a sub-second delay, but I'm inclined to think that's just an inherent part of bluetooth buffering. Fast-forward to yesterday--that has changed. I stuck this thing in my (very loose) coat pocket during a visit to the office. When I took it out to get on another call, the volume had become much lower, even at max volume, in additional to a new crackling sound. I tried hard-resetting, unpairing, restarting my phone, all of it. I believe something has broken internally. I bought this on sale for $60. At that price it might be worth rolling the dice, but for $100 I must recommend against this model. I will be seeing about a warranty replacement through BlueParrott, likely as a backup earpiece. My new Plantronics 5200 will be at my door within the next hour.

Great product but reliability issues (not built to last?)
Pros: - Mic has excellent ambient noise suppression. Great to use on the road or in busy rooms. That's the feature I like the most. It's 10X better than the ambient noise suppression from Jabra's regular wireless earbuds. - Pretty comfortable to wear. Cons: - Reliability issues. My first BlueParrot became unusable after a couple of months because the sound was down to a whisper. They did honor the warranty and sent me a new one free of charge, which I do think is admirable customer service. - The BlueParrot button is a hassle to use. - No way to wear this without looking like you are trying to sell penny stocks to unsuspecting investors Wolf-of-Wall-Street-style. [Update] My second BlueParrot, which I got on warranty, did hold up well. The max volume did decrease over time and isn't as loud as I'd like, but it's still mostly usable in a car. I'm on the fence about recommending this product. I do like it and use it a lot. Then again, I've had reliability issues with every Jabra product I've bought, including this one. It's not that they completely break down, but they start breaking down a couple of months after purchase and then last a long time as a half-usable product. The quality-price trade-off is good, though buying a pricier model from another brand might be a better long-term investment.

Quality earpiece, great for calls
So far so good. Clear connection - People can hear me just fine and I can hear them. The volume is great, but the sound? its great for talking and it will play music, but just not at the quality of most earpieces. Fingers crossed, most ear pieces these day only last a few months. I paid more, so I'm hoping they last a while.

Good at first but didn't last three weeks
First of all, I am a supervisor of security personnel on a transit system. As a result I am constantly on my phone, in a noisy environment, sometimes in the weather, and occasionally in tactical situations. A good bluetooth earpiece is critical. At first, I thought I had found a good option in the M300-XT. The pros: - Sound quality and volume were excellent. I had no problem hearing calls on a moving train. - Noise cancelling was very good. Even in the noisy environment in which I work, people on the other end could hear little to no background noise. -Battery life was excellent. One of the few bluetooth devices that I could use all day with no fear of running out of juice. The cons: -The buttons are awkward. The "Multi-function" button is in a not intuitive place and must be searched for when answering or hanging up a call. -Some devices had a difficult time finding it in "pairing mode." -You could not answer calls by saying "answer." You have to push the button. -When asking Google questions, the first part of the response would be cut off. For example, if I said "Google, what time is it?" I might hear "29 PM" While some of the "Cons" were annoying, overall I was pretty pleased with the product, mainly due to the high quality noise cancelling. About three weeks after purchasing, however, I started having people say that it was hard to hear me. After a few days of that, they could not understand me at all. So, while it did well initially, the durability of the MX300 is seriously lacking and the product is certainly not worth the price.

The BlueParrott M300-XT is a technology and quality disaster
I was excited to try this new mono Bluetooth headset since it is a BlueParrot/Jabra branded product. Typically BlueParrot and Jabra develop quality mono Bluetooth products, but the M300-XT is one of the worst mono headsets I have ever used. I was hoping that this device would be as good or better than the Poly/Plantronics Voyager 5220 as it has the same "boom mic" design. The 5220 mono Bluetooth is by far the best mono on the market in all categories, but I wanted to try a new product because, as good as the 5220 Voyager is, it feels as if the Poly headsets have no more than a one-year shelf life. Back to the M300-XT... 1. I have been using it for two days and every person I have talked to notices I am using a new headset, and they all comment that I sound like I am speaking in a tunnel. I have made multiple adjustments to the boom, and nothing has fixed this issue. 2. There is no software "hub" for windows/mac computers, and the only device hub is available on an android or iOS phone. 3. This may seem like a minor issue, but I promise it is not when you experience it first hand. When you adjust the volume on the headset the beep tone remains the same. I have never encountered a headset that would beep on the loudest setting as you press the "volume down" button on the device. The button press beep is so loud it actually hurts my ears. 4. The flexibility of the "over the ear" component is not flexible at all, and it is absurdly uncomfortable to wear. I highly suggest avoiding this product if you are looking for a mono Bluetooth headset for your mobile phone. It is one of the absolute worst product launches in this space in a long time,
