I usually use Mylanta maximum strength. This product is only 1/2 the strength of the Mylanta. Yet they claim its maximum strength. They don't tell you the ingredients on the product description. I paid the same price as I would for Mylanta. I ordered on line so I would not have to go to the store so often. Lesson learned stick to what I know works. I have to use this more often so in the end I pay more for less.
