I bought this to partner with a Kindle Fire tablet which it does perfectly, turning the tablet into a small laptop, it is sturdy, light to carry (about the same weight as a hardback book,) the tablet fits securely to the keyboard and removes easily, however the one function it is intended for has stopped working after four months: the bluetooth connection. Repeated emails to the suppliers online support have gone unanswered. So, great item (when it works) terrible customer support, if Fintie's customer support had returned my messages the unit would be working again, instead it has been returned and Amazon issued a refund. I will not be buying a replacement.

I had a 5yr old Ipad that was slowing down and a chrome book that would not be receiving any more updates in a couple of months time.I did not want to be forking out £550 for a new ipad mini and £250 for a new chrome book.After a lot of on line research.....I bought the Top of the range 2021 spec HD10 on Prime day for £150 (5 instalments of £30) and then bought the, made for Amazon bluetooth Keyboard and cover for £50. A grand total of £200. Saving me £600.It is not just about the money saving...The screen is better than the ipad and the chrome book, as is the sound. The whole set up is a lot less weight than the chrome book and more portable. As a writer, I can work on Microsoft Word and one note and with the new processor, the HD10 is as quick as my ipad used to be and is quicker than my chrome book. The battery life of the HD10 beats both.Amazon are to be applauded for bringing such a great price of kit to the market, at such a wonderful price. I for one, am extremely grateful.The keyboard is a marvel of technology and the HD10 screen is held to it with magnets. It is fully adjustable and can be easily detached to use as a tablet. I just need to get use to using the touch screen instead of the mouse or track pad.The pairing was easy enough, it connects automatically now and the sleep function is great. I have been using it for writing for over a week and still not had to charge it up! They keys are responsive and the whole set up works like a dream.Yes, the Amazon OS may be limited to certain apps but to be honest, most of the day to day ones like banking etc. Live on my phone and do not need duplicating. Others are better viewed on the Web site, where you are able to access all of the features. A lot of Apps do not give you full access to all of the available features.Both the HD10 and this keyboard are Highly Recommended. Buy with confidence.I do not receive any payment or free goods for writing these reviews. I'm a wheelchair user. Every laptop I've ever owned I've had to put it on a laptop tray then hold the laptop to either stop it moving round or falling off the tray. This one I don't have to. It's sturdy enough for me to just put it on my lap without the need for a tray and it just stays put. I wish it had a backlit keyboard though. I think that these should be made for all of Amazon Fire tablet going forward but include a backlit keyboard.

The keyboard worked perfect with my Kindle Fire 10 series. Seller was bvery helpful.

This keyboard fits really well on my kindle. It is very well made, sturdy and has a good weight to it. Not flimsy at all when it s attached it makes a good solid product.The only negative thing is it doesn't react with the kindle you have to place your finger on the kindle screen where you want to type. Other than that it is a great addition I bought mine in the black Friday sale so it was definitely worth the money.

If you are looking for a very heavy durable protecting case buy this. Hugely expensive as the keyboard worked for just a short period so I am now stuck with it as just a case.When it worked it was great. Yet that was for such a short periodthat I have wasted about 50 quid.Amazon have always been great at returns within the 30 days. But I feel pretty let down now that I am looking for replacement / money back as it is a defective product. ( different consumer laws). But they don’t care. It is also worth bearing in mind that I ordered both the keyboard and a new fire at the same time but there was a two month delay on the fire delivery. So I was out of time to return anywayTried to get this sorted through Amazon returns but have been blanked. Maybe not such a good company after all !!!!Read other reviews and lots of keyboards have the same faults. Dues to connect to blue youth , doesn’t charge , keys upon a life if their own. Very disappointed with Amazon and the product.
