I received this book as Christmas Gift. This book is so incredible, specially if you are new to the AI topic and want to learn more about this subject. Even the title of the book suggests "AI in Marketing and Sales and Service", but you can learn a lot, even you are not from this field. What I also like on this book is the well structured way of writing.Good job Peter Gentsch.
