Acquired taste? Maybe, but 5-stars from Me.
I love these kale chips. My body says YES to all of the nutrition in them (see label). They give me a nice energy boost, and they satisfy my late-night salty snack cravings. I think they're delicious, but that might be an acquired taste, especially if you're used to eating big brand type chips with additives and all of that. If these stay at a reasonable price and remain USDA Organic, I will continue buying them. Recommended!

amazing chips, still need more in the bag for the price
I went grain free/sugar free (possibly fun free too) in April 2022 and it has been a struggle to find things that are tasty and "easy" (aka something I can grab and eat quickly). These chips are IT! The sweet potato ones are sweeter and the others are more savory. I personally love the taste, and how crunchy/hard they are. They go great alone, w/ hummus, pesto. I think they are super versatile and taste amazing. Maybe my taste buds are not the common man's tastebuds since I am pretty much on a stricter paleo diet, but my parents and sister love them too. They have added 50% more chips to the bag since I started eating them, which is great BUT tbh it needs about another 15% to get it to be worth the cash. You can easily get through a bag in 1-2 days. I try to buy them on sale b/c it's not sustainable budget-wise. Other than that, no complaints.

Proposition 65 not shown on amazon page!!
I decided to try this product, after looking through the images and product info on this amazon page... only to find out when I received this product, that the product's packaging clearly had a Proposition 65 warning on the back of it, which is NOT currently displayed in the product images here, that I can see, and it is not listed on this product's page here at the time of writing this review. I asked Amazon's AI about this and, at the time of writing this, it has no info about Proposition 65 related to this product. This is horrible and completely unacceptable. If I had not double checked the product's packaging after receiving it, I would've consumed this product not realizing it has a Proposition 65 warning and I don't doubt some people have done this already without knowing about the Proposition 65 warning, because they assumed the info displayed on the Amazon page here was correct. Of course, I have no way to know if this is an honest mistake or done on purpose by the manufacturer. But either way, this should be investigated. Though I know it won't be. I also bought another product from this same brand called "Brad's Raw Organic Everything Zucchini Veggie Flats" with the same exact problem, no mention of Proposition 65 in the product images or info on the amazon page, but the product packaging was clearly marked with a Proposition 65 warning when I received it. The fact this happened with two different products from this same brand is insane. I will definitely be avoiding this brand from now on.

Not the original recipe
The recipe is different - no vampires will die - it is citrusy, not garlicky:( it’s ok for what it is but if you are looking for the classic - this is NOT it

Tastes good
Crispy, crunchy, tasty garlic and herb flavor and loaded with vitamin K, a little pricey, but less expensive than grocery store. Healthy low calorie snack. WW friendly.

The Good: Whole-Food Ingredients | The Bad: Poor quality control
The Good - whole-food, plant ingredients - oil-free The Bad - price per ounce is insane; I cannot believe kale and minimally processed veggies, spices, and miso are this expensive. - very poor quality control, I’ve purchased several bags from different stores within the last three weeks and they all have a very stale, bitter taste. Plus, the entire bag is crushed. - with the use of miso, I’m not sure why there is added salt; it doesn’t seem necessary. This is a healthy snack I really enjoy but you’re not guaranteed to see consistency in quality or taste.. At this price, it’s not a good value and I recommend people purchase at their own risk.

Well Yes…
Brads made a better kale chip here. I gobbled up both bags, and I hold them responsible.

These are cracker replacements, not chips
Like all of the Brad's Veggie Chips, if you are expecting to replace Pringles or Doritos, you will be disappointed. But think of these as replacing Wheat Thins or Triscuit or Ritz. You *can* eat them alone, but they're really best as a crunchy carrier for cheese, hummus, or guacamole. This particular flavor is the most sweet — I was actually surprised there's no added sugar. (The "cheddar" ones are the most savory, although not like actual cheese. The kale ones give the most veggie flavor. And the red pepper ones are surprisingly boring.) So, if you're looking for a much healthier replacement for empty carb crackers, five stars. If you're looking for a potato chip, no, this isn't the thing.
